Mr. Wang said that he watched it for another half a month and still felt uncomfortable, and something suspected of being a ripple shape would still appear on the TV screen. Mr. Wang also submitted a return and exchange application on the Pinduoduo platform, and the customer service of Pinduoduo said that in accordance with the provisions of the platform, consumers can apply for returns within 15 days from the time of delivery to confirm the receipt; within 15 days of confirming the receipt, they can apply for an exchange. The TV set purchased by Mr. Wang has obviously exceeded the return and exchange date stipulated by the platform, so it is impossible to accept Mr. Wang's application.
