Born in 1929 in Hankou, Hubei Province, Guan Sushuang died in 1992 as a famous Peking Opera performing artist, who served as a deputy to the Seventh National People's Congress, vice chairman of the Chinese Dramatists Association, chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Drama Association, and president of the Beijing Opera House in Yunnan Province. Since her arts, she has taken root in Yunnan, closely integrated the art of Peking Opera with the style of local ethnic groups, and created a number of classic plays with local ethnic characteristics and reflecting the unity and progress of all ethnic groups, such as the classic modern Peking Opera "Dainuo", the popular Peking Opera movie "Iron Bow Edge" and so on. She studied the performing arts of Peking Opera assiduously, and created the "relying on the flag to shoot" martial arts stunts that opened the bow left and right, played before and after, which was amazing. Her performances of "Thief Treasury Silver", "Xie Yaohuan", "White Gate Tower", "The Legend of the White Snake", "Wa Mountain Mist" and other plays will display a vivid and vivid artistic image with different personalities in front of the audience, forming a unique art school of "Guan Pai" of Peking Opera.

At the unveiling ceremony, Guan Sushuang's daughter Guan Xiaoshuang expressed her gratitude with deep affection. In 2009, a series of activities to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Guan Sushuang's birth was held in Kunming, and experts and scholars from the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Literature and Literature organized a comprehensive summary of my mother's artistic life and artistic achievements, and books such as "Guan Sushuang, Peking Opera Performing Artist with Virtue and Art Shuangxin" and "Yunnan Dramatists' Research" were published.
