A member of the Santa Monica Studios development team has confirmed that God of War Ragnarok will be released later this year.
After a fan asked for an update on Twitter, the game's animation director, Bruno Velasquez, confirmed the news.
In a video released on the fourth anniversary of God of War, creative director Cory Barlog said the team didn't "talk much about a sequel" because "everyone is working hard," which is good news for fans.
