Originated in Scandinavia, Sweden, in 1986, Pico was founded by three ski enthusiasts: Stefan Engström, a world-class cat ski jumper, Peter Blom, former editor-in-chief of Åka Skidor, Sweden's largest ski magazine by circulation, and Christer Mårtensson, a former art director and designer for the company.
