On April 2, in the sealing area of the R&F Center in Xiyuhe Street, Qingyang District, a pregnant woman from Qamdo, Tibet to Chengdu, was close to her due date, accompanied by a variety of high-risk factors such as advanced age, overweight, and gestational hypertension. After understanding the situation, the District Health and Health Bureau established a linkage mechanism with the Social Governance Committee of the District Committee and the Xiyuhe Street Office to jointly ensure the safety of pregnant women and mothers.
The District Health and Health Bureau arranged for the District Maternal and Child Health Hospital to immediately dispatch experienced obstetrician and gynecologist Ning Hongping to the household to assess Ram, and formulated two sets of emergency plans for the special environmental conditions in the sealing and control area; carried out maternal and child health monitoring, followed up with Ram by telephone and WeChat every day, prevented risks, and prepared for early detection and early treatment of abnormal situations; psychological counseling, Ram was isolated at home because of the epidemic, disrupting the rhythm of life, and in the third trimester of pregnancy, there were negative emotions such as anxiety, worry, and nervousness. The expert group immediately conducted health guidance and psychological counseling for Ram, and after some enlightenment, Ram's mood gradually calmed down and regained confidence.
Through many efforts and under the meticulous care of the District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, on April 11, the medical staff escorted Ram safely to the archives hospital, and Ram successfully delivered a baby girl that night, and the mother and daughter were safe.
Although the epidemic is severe, it is full of true feelings everywhere, and protecting the health of mothers and babies is the goal that Qingyang women and children unremittingly pursue.
