Zhou Baoying, general manager of Alibaba Sports Digital Service Center, who is responsible for the operation of the "Big and Small Lotus" venues, said that the digital intelligence management cabin uses the "digital twin" technology to integrate the high-precision core model area of "Big and Small Lotus" with the programmatic model area of the Olympic Sports Park to form a "digital twin base" of the Olympic Sports Center that is completely consistent with the real-world geographical coordinate system.

"In layman's terms, the things that really exist in the 'big and small lotus' also exist in the computer model in the digital intelligence management module." Zhou Baoying said.

It is reported that the digital intelligence management cabin links 50 weak current systems, more than 20,000 equipment, and more than 80,000 equipment units in the entire "big and small lotus" area, which can realize the monitoring of real-time energy consumption such as water, electricity, and gas in the venue area, and can also count carbon dioxide, carbon emissions, etc.

"The digital intelligence management cabin not only displays data, but also supports daily accurate management and realizes real-time remote control operation." Ma Rui, product director of Alibaba Sports Digital Center, said, "For example, a tennis match is being held in 'Little Lotus', and our IoT center can perceive the real-time wind speed, temperature and other environmental indicators in the venue. When these indicators exceed expectations, we can remotely adjust the temperature of related equipment such as air conditioning and the wind speed of fresh air, so that it can meet the requirements of world-class competitions, and these operations can be completed remotely. ”

In addition, the management cabin can also summarize the operation status of various types of equipment through the intelligent management system, including air conditioning ventilation, cold and heat sources, water supply and drainage, etc., to achieve accurate analysis of energy consumption and trends, comprehensive energy consumption ratios of different categories, as well as corresponding year-on-year, month-on-month information and corresponding carbon monitoring values, and intelligently calculate the "optimal solution" of the energy consumption of the venue.

"Through the automatic adjustment and control of artificial intelligence, the whole museum can effectively reduce energy consumption by more than 10%, which has obvious advantages in improving the operational efficiency of the venue and achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction goals." The ultimate goal of creating a large and sophisticated smart venue system is to better serve the people. Different from the previous professional venues that were only built for large-scale competitions, the two pavilions of "Big and Small Lotus" will implement the scientific and technological services for the people, and take into account the needs of citizens' sports and entertainment life and local industrial development in the post-Asian Games era, which is both functional, practical and convenient, emphasizing the user experience.

Taking the commonly used parking lot scenery as an example, with the help of AR/VR technology of Ali Damo Academy, the physical space of "Big and Small Lotus" is digitized, which can realize global AR navigation across indoors and outdoors and across floors. Compared with the error of traditional Bluetooth navigation in 3 to 5 meters, the AR navigation error is within 1 meter. In addition, all services marked in the "Big and Small Lotus" electronic map, such as toilets, pick-up points, emergency points, etc., support reverse search.

"Before you plan the path, you need to sweep the surrounding environment, because we have digitally modeled the entire venue, photographed all corners of the venue, and the system can locate where you are based on the surrounding vision. According to reports, the 165 intelligent ticket gates around the "Big Lotus" stadium have also been intelligently upgraded, and different ticket verification schemes can be provided for different levels of events in the future. The outdoor sports venues in the park have also realized services such as online booking, appointment, first-to-enjoy, pay-after-pay, free sports during public welfare periods, etc., while the tennis court provides automatic serve machines, and the football field provides intelligent football sports data and other services.
