On April 13, Dyson held an online conference to announce the launch of a new and upgraded floor cleaning solution and a new set of fine cleaning accessories. The upgrade includes a series of standard sets of fine cleaning accessories and anti-entanglement spiral tips; the V12 upgrade to the HEPA filtration system; some ground tips with anti-entanglement design; and the V15 upgrade to an embedded body design, longer and larger dust cylinder.
At the press conference, Dyson shared that in order to solve the problem of indoor dust removal, the suction head of the vacuum cleaner was designed with the same fine design as the vacuum cleaner, in order to use more convenient tools to help people achieve more efficient and scientific deep cleaning in home cleaning.
Dyson believes that vacuum cleaners should not be designed just to clean the floor. With the help of suitable suction heads, the vacuum cleaner can clean a wider indoor area including mattresses and bookshelves for the user, keeping the indoor environment clean and healthy. To that end, Dyson's set of fine cleaning accessories includes two new tips – a traceless soft-bristle dust brush and an ultra-narrow gap corner tip.

Traditional dust removal tools may use thicker bristles that inadvertently scratch the surface of the cleaning item. Dyson's traceless soft-bristled dust brush uses ultra-fine polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polymer fiber bristles. 8,100 bristles with tips as thin as 0.05 mm are densely arranged through a precise design to provide scratch-free protection for delicate surfaces. The brush head is also equipped with a rotating bayonet, which can be used to clean the bristles of dust and debris hygienically and conveniently by simply rotating.

For hair on the floor, Dyson will help people achieve more convenient cleaning through anti-winding high-torque tips and anti-winding direct-drive tips. The two tips are equipped with a comb made of polycarbonate teeth inside, which is automatically anti-entanglement by "combing" the hair on the brush strip and throwing it into the dust cylinder in an orderly manner. In addition, the powerful power provided by spiral nylon bristles, antistatic carbon fiber bristles and direct-drive motors enables efficient absorption of hair, dander and fine particles.
Laser detection and piezoelectric acoustic sensing technology, two "visual" cleaning technologies, will provide deeper cleaning, in addition, Dyson has equipped a number of products with anti-winding spiral tips, helping more users to efficiently remove hair and deep dust mites from home surfaces such as mattresses and sofas.
