In order to ensure the stability of the safety production situation of the county's hazardous chemical enterprises and urge the gas stations to strictly implement the main responsibility for safe production, on April 19, the Gulang County Emergency Management Bureau organized an inspection team to carry out special inspections of safety production at the gas stations in the Shuangta Industrial Park, Sinopec Sanxing Gas Station, Tumen Gas Station, and Shuangta Gas Station.
The inspection mainly focuses on the implementation of the county's second hazardous chemical safety production work conference, the leadership on duty with shifts, and the hidden danger investigation and governance ledger, the on-site safety warning signs in the power distribution room, the safety knowledge education and training, and the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures through on-site visits, data inspection, equipment and on-site reports. In view of the problems and hidden dangers found in the inspection, relevant enterprises are urged to carry out serious rectification in strict accordance with the requirements, and effectively implement the main responsibility for safe production.
The inspection team demanded that all enterprises should further standardize the operation and management behavior, do a good job in daily inspection and monitoring, remove potential safety hazards in a timely manner, build signs and warning signs in strict accordance with standards, completely eliminate hidden dangers in the bud, and at the same time do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and emergency handling, effectively prevent the occurrence of various production safety accidents, and ensure that the situation of safe production in the county is stable.
