3. Spring rolls of cabbage
Ingredients: Spring roll skin, minced pork, cabbage, garlic leaves, ginger, five-spice powder, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt, white pepper powder, lard.

2: Beat an egg into a pork bowl, add chopped horseshoe, chopped cabbage, then add salt, a little cooking wine and sesame oil to taste, stir in one direction.
