The police found that at the end of June last year, gang members Hu Mou and Gu Mou had tried to "fixed point" to sell laughing gas in Qiqihar to save the inconvenience of transportation from other places, but after being discovered by the Jianhua police and administratively punished according to law, they realized that the "wind noise" in Qiqihar was tight, so they thought they were smart to leave Hu to secretly contact the buyer, and Gu continued to quietly send "goods" from a place in another city to avoid the police investigation.

On April 8, 2022, Jianhua police believed that the time was ripe and decided to carry out network collection. The special case team arrested all six members of the gang and seized 42 steel cylinders and 127-liter small tank cylinders that had been reloaded with laughing gas at the scene. Suspect Zheng Mou confessed that since the beginning of last year, they have sold more than 500 cans of laughing gas to Qiqihar City, illegally making more than 60,000 yuan.
At present, the criminal suspect Zheng Mou and six other people have been taken criminal compulsory measures by the public security organs in accordance with the law, and more than 30 illegal offenders who illegally purchased and used laughing gas have been given administrative punishments according to law, and the case is being further worked on.
