Bauhinia blossoms shine brightly

Bauhinia blossoms shine brightly

Spring flowers are flourishing, and a spring breeze can open the heart of the flowers. When all kinds of flowers and trees bloomed to the fullest, and even fell into the colorful, two rows of bauhinia in the corner of the park bloomed, and even before they had time to prepare properly, even the leaves were not pumped out, and the clusters of petals burst into bare branches, one stubble after another, red, purple and purple dazzling, making people's hearts melt.

Redbud is a deciduous tree, clump or solitary shrub of the legume family, which is a native flower tree of the mainland, with a height of up to several meters, the trunk is smooth and skinless, grayish white, so it is also called "bare branch tree". It blooms in late spring every year, and the purple or pink petals are densely packed into a bunch, clustered on the old branches and trunks of the bauhinia bauhinia, so it is also called "full branch red" and "purple bead". According to legend, bauhinia flowers can rejuvenate the face and hair, cure diseases, bauhinia leaves are used to bathe and refresh, taking its roots has the effect of prolonging life, is the sacred tree in the heavenly palace, a purple xia fairy brought the bauhinia tree to the human world, so the bauhinia flower is also called "Wusang" and "purple xia fairy".

Bauhinia has always been loved by literati and inkers because of its strange tree shape and thin shape and bright purple and red flowers. The Northern Song Dynasty poet Wei Jun loved the curved branches of the bauhinia tree, the unique spring work of the bauhinia flower, and the chant praised:

Purple Yan Twilight Spring Garden, Shaoling Shi Siqing.

The old Jiao Pan is dried, and the Dan ore is embellished with Prosperity.

The flower spectrum is not productless, and the spring work is not affectionate.

Not with the peach and plum color, the vulgar eyes are not light.

- "Bauhinia"

This kind of flowers and trees, often planted in the courtyard, was a fountain of poetry for the great poet Du Fu of the Tang Dynasty. Bauhinia is full of trees and flowers, like adorned with purple pearls, but in the ancients' flower spectrum lonely and nameless, it turned out that it was carefully cultivated by the spring god, so the bauhinia is not an ordinary flower like peach and plum, but quietly blooms, and the common-eyed people do not despise it! The poet Zhu Yi at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty also praised in the "Yong Bauhinia":

Crane bone dragon tendon knot shou branch, red silk purple qi exposed fairy clothes.

Only should not be a magu claw, lead the spring wind alone to live in Cuiwei.

Praise the redbud tree crane bone dragon tendon-like branches, full of fairy purple silk clothes. It escaped the shackles of the Heavenly Palace and led the spring breeze in the human world.

Bauhinia blossoms shine brightly

Bauhinia blooms late in spring, does not compete with the hundred flowers, does not compete with Qianhui, this kind of character that can withstand loneliness, is particularly emotional. The Southern Song Dynasty poet Wei Zongwuzuo has a poem "Bauhinia Flower", poem Yun:

Harvesting spring leaves and sprouts.

Unopened Qingyu, first grits purple gold sand.

The spectrum is connected to the three thorn trees, named Qi Lian Calyx.

Moving to the deep valley, loneliness loves luxury.

The poem writes the characteristics of bauhinia flowers first and then leaves, and the petals of the grains are like purple gold sand, which seems to deliberately avoid the bustle of the red and red fire, move its roots to the edge of the deep valley cliff, and open and defeat lonely. In the Ming Dynasty, The Chaozhou Yuanlin Daqin wrote a group of "Caotang Looking at Flowers", one of which wrote about Bauhinia:

And from all kinds of questions, Hugh blamed Bauhinia and finally smoked.

Try to see the bright red sun, where to ask for chaos.

You are all busy fighting for the glory of the spring, occupying the spring light, I just want to bloom until the end of the spring, the residual flowers are decadent, the fall of the Ying, it is not me who greets the spring sun with a smile!

Bauhinia blossoms shine brightly

The bauhinia flowers do not bloom for a long time, and they wither after about two or three weeks, revealing small pointed green horns that extend into the early summer. The Yuan Dynasty poet and poet Fang Hui wrote:

Thin branches and skinny bones are skinny, and suddenly red and purple violets burst out.

At first glance, the petite woman looks at the teeth of the liquid, and the root is clearly embellished with carrot branches.

- "Bauhinia"

The poet felt that its purple petals resembled purple pomegranate fruits, and the little girl saw saliva overflowing. Bauhinia also bears fruit, the black pods are ripe in the summer and autumn, and the seeds inside are also black-brown, long round and shiny, but that is inedible because the bauhinia seeds are poisonous.

In ancient times, bauhinia was wild, growing in valleys, lakes and rocky bushes, and was later transplanted into gardens and courtyards for cultivation, which is a symbol of the beautiful homeland. The Tang Dynasty poet Wei Yingwu was wandering away, saw bauhinia flowers, and suddenly missed his hometown and relatives, and he wrote a poem:

Miscellaneous Ying has accumulated, including fang alone twilight spring.

It is also like the old garden tree, and the people of the old garden are recalled.

- "See Redbud"

The late Tang Dynasty poet Zhu Dai wrote a poem "Spring Girl Complaint" from the perspective of a woman, poem Yun:

Sitting alone in the screen window embroidery late, bauhinia under the yellow oriole.

To know the infinite hurt of spring, it is all when the needle is stopped.

In the late spring, the woman alone guarded the small window embroidery, saw the yellow oriole birds in the courtyard singing in the bauhinia bushes, she began to hurt the spring, stopped the needle and thread to think about her heart, is it looking forward to Lang Jun's early return home?

Zhang Yu, a yuan dynasty poet, songwriter, calligrapher and painter, and also a Taoist monk of the Maoshan Sect, wrote a poem "Huzhou Bamboo Branch Words" which is quite interesting, Shiyun:

Outside the lake gate is nong's house, and Lang Ruo comes to eat tea when he is idle.

A thatched hut with a loess wall and a redbud in front of the door.

The tone of the poem is clearly that of a young girl of good age, and she seems to have met a man in love in late spring. She said: The other side of the lake is my home, if the son is free, he will come to my house to sit and eat tea. My home is a loess wall, a thatched hut, and a bauhinia tree full of purple flowers in front of the door. The poem is easy to understand, and the image of the simple and innocent, bold and straightforward image of the Huaichun girl is extremely clear. The key is that the bauhinia flower appears in the poem, representing the home of Harmony and Beauty, expressing the girl's infinite yearning for a better life.

All along, the meaning of Bauhinia has been family and beauty, and deep flesh and blood. There is a touching story here, which is recorded in the "Record of Continued Harmony" written by Wu Jun, a Liang man of the Southern Dynasty: Jingzhao Yin Tian Zhen and his brothers Tian Qing and Tian Guang separated their families, and the other property in the family was divided, except for an ancient bauhinia tree in the courtyard that was not disposed of. The three brothers discussed cutting the bauhinia into three sections, one for each. Before he could cut down the tree, he found that the bauhinia flower had withered, and the branches were withered and dying. They sighed, "People are not as good as Kiya!" So the three brothers gave up the separation of the family, reconciled, and lived together. The bauhinia plant was later revived, with bright flowers and lush foliage.

Bauhinia blossoms shine brightly

Many literati and inkers feel this allusion and often quote it in poetry and song. For example, li Bai, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty, lamented the incompatibility of the Tang Suzong brothers in the Lefu poem "Shangliu Tian Xing", and there is a sentence: "The Tian clan barn is divided into flesh and bones, and the blue sky and day destroy the bauhinia." The 47-year-old Du Fu was demoted to join the army in Huazhou, and at this time the Anshi Rebellion was not over, he stood in front of the official court in Huazhou, saw the bauhinia flowers blooming and falling, thought of his hometown thousands of miles away, thought of his younger brother who had heard a lot, and wrote this poem "The Message of Brother Deshe":

The wind blows the redbud trees, and the color and spring garden twilight.

The flowers fall and the wind returns to nowhere.

Flesh and bones are heavy, and it is difficult to meet when drifting.

There are like rivers of tears, through the heavens and the east.

Du Fu wrote his deep brotherhood in this poem, who wants to separate, who wants to drift? But in the chaotic world, the fate is uncertain, who can escape!

Bauhinia blossoms shine brightly

In the Southern Song Dynasty's "Brother 153", Wen Tianxiang, a famous minister of the Southern Song Dynasty, also used the image of "bauhinia flower" to miss his younger brother who struggled in adversity, and he wrote:

Sand evening partridge cold, wind blowing redbud trees.

Endure the tears alone, the rivers and lakes are full of spring.

It was in his glory years, in the spring of the battle, seeing the swaying bauhinia flowers, thinking of his two younger brothers. At this time, his brother, like him, was also struggling to support the crisis on the front line of the anti-Yuan. Wen Tianxiang's pain was deeper than Du Fu's, and his thoughts were even more intense!

Poor flesh and blood have gathered and scattered, and the human world has been less than fifty years old.

The three ren have their own intentions in life and death, and the smoke is long and long.

——Wen Tianxiang,"Wen Ji Wanzhi"

A magnificent song sprinkled on the river sky, how desolate and magnificent!

As the saying goes: "Home and everything is prosperous, the country is prosperous and the world is peaceful." "Nowadays, farmers often plant a redbud with two twisted branches under the eaves and in front of the wall, and when the flowers bloom, the simple farm yard is reflected in red, purple and purple, and the celebration is lively.

Bauhinia branches are connected, roots are connected, and flowers are clustered, symbolizing family harmony, brotherhood, and everything is smooth. Bauhinia has dense petals and a large number of seeds, which also means that people are prosperous and their children and grandchildren are full. As the Southern Song Dynasty poet Liu Kezhuang said in the poem "Sending titles to Nankang Hu's ChunfengTang": "A harmonious atmosphere is always like spring, and bauhinia flowers bloom in the garden." ”
