At 0:44 Beijing time on April 16, 2022, the Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft was successfully separated from the space station Tianhe core module. Shenzhou 13 astronauts worked and lived in the space station complex for 183 days, setting a new record for the space stay time of Chinese astronauts on a single mission.
Before the official evacuation of the space station complex, the Shenzhou XIII astronaut crew made a brief farewell.

At 22:18 on April 15, astronaut Zhai Zhigang closed the two-way pressure module door connecting the Tianhe core module with the Shenzhou 13 spacecraft. After entering the spacecraft, the astronauts changed into pressure suits in the cabin and were on standby at any time. At 00:05 on April 16, the return hatch of the Shenzhou 13 spacecraft was closed. Before the separation, the astronaut crew, with the cooperation of ground scientific and technological personnel, completed the work of setting the status of the space station assembly, collating and transmitting experimental data, and cleaning up and running the materials left in orbit.
At 0:44, the Shenzhou XIII manned spacecraft was successfully separated from the space station Tianhe core module. Subsequently, the Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft return capsule will choose the opportunity to re-enter and return under the control of ground command.
