Liang Jiahe: The days are getting more and more prosperous

author:Shaanxi Zheng spoke out
I took the first step in my life to come to Liangjiahe, and in 7 years, Liangjiahe's fathers and fellow villagers gave me countless love, which benefited me for life. I will never forget Liangjiahe, never forget my father and fellow villagers, and never forget the people in the old district. ——Xi Jinping

Opening remarks

From April 20 to 23, 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to Shaanxi to inspect, went deep into the frontline of the grassroots, walked into the people's masses, saw the facts, listened to the people's voices, asked about cold and warm, saw changes, and sought development, demonstrating the profound feelings of the people. In order to further understand the general secretary's deep concern for the people of Shaanxi, and to forge ahead and encourage it again, this newspaper has launched a special report on "Footprints • Warm Echoes" from now on, which is fully displayed under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the struggle practice of the Three Qins, which is informatively reflected in the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, and the sons and daughters of Sanqin bear in mind the entrustment and forge ahead.

"Secretary Gong, tell the big guys what good policies the state has for the rural areas at the two sessions of the National People's Congress this year?"

"Have you met the general secretary?" Did you ask him a good question? ”

……

On March 23, the sun was shining on the northern Shaanxi Plateau. In the meeting room of the Liangjiahe Village Committee of Wen'an Yi Town, Yanchuan County, Yan'an City, the atmosphere was warm, and the villagers sat around Gong Baoxiong, deputy to the National People's Congress and secretary of the party branch of Liangjiahe Village, asking about the spirit of the two sessions of the National People's Congress and talking about their concern for the general secretary.

On February 13, 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping returned to Liangjiahe Village, where his soul was haunted, to visit and comfort his fathers and fellow villagers here. In the past 7 years, General Secretary Xi Jinping's affectionate concern, earnest entrustment and good wishes have always warmed the hearts of Liangjiahe's fathers and fellow villagers, inspiring people to work together to run a well-off.

The people who are concerned live happily

Treetops branches and roots, pro-mountain and water relatives. Xi Jinping, who walked out of Liangjiahe, has always been worried about the villagers in this land.

When he returned to Liangjiahe in 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to the home of Liu Jinlian, the landlord who joined the team, reminisced with her about the past, talked about family life, and asked Liu Jinlian about her physical condition.

"How can I forget the care of the general secretary!" No matter where he is, his heart is always on us, and my heart is particularly warm. Remembering General Secretary Xi Jinping's concern, 72-year-old Liu Jinlian was excited, "Please rest assured that the general secretary is now living well, and I no longer have to worry about looking down on the disease." ”

At the beginning of December last year, Liu Jinlian was hospitalized again for leg disease, with a total medical expense of 15,000 yuan, and under the subsidy of the medical insurance policy, she only spent less than 3,000 yuan.

Medical treatment for the sick is the basic need of the people and the concern of General Secretary Xi Jinping. In the past, due to the deep ravines, steep slopes and inconvenient transportation, the masses in Liangjiahe had a long way to seek medical treatment, and it was difficult to see a doctor, even if it was a small disease such as headache and brain fever, they had to walk dozens of miles. There are also many people who are poor due to illness and return to poverty.

"When I first came, the medical equipment in the village clinic was only sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes and thermometers, but in recent years, with many modern medical equipment such as DR and B ultrasound, remote diagnosis and treatment can also be carried out, and villagers can enjoy good medical conditions without leaving the village." Yuan Shubin, head of the Liangjiahe Village Clinic, said. In recent years, he has witnessed great changes in the sanitary conditions of this mountainous village in Liangjiahe.

While the villagers enjoy a peaceful life, the next generation of Liangjiahe Village is also enjoying modern teaching conditions in the new classrooms. On March 8, in a classroom of Wen'an Yi Center Kindergarten, a pleasant children's voice drifted out of the window, which was the sound of children learning to sing with the teacher.

Ren Kangyan, director of Wen'an Yi Center Kindergarten, introduced that the kindergarten was put into use in 2017 and can accommodate 270 children. Now there are independent bedrooms, washrooms, cloakrooms, as well as music and body rooms, art rooms, etc., spacious and bright, complete facilities, can fully meet the needs of local people to enter the nursery.

When education is prosperous, the country is prosperous, and if education is strong, the country is strong. Now, the children of Liangjiahe no longer have to walk the mountain road to study like their fathers. Wen'an yi town, where Liangjiahe is located, has built Wen'an Yi Town Center Primary School in Yanchuan County and Wen'an Yi School in the Affiliated Middle School of Tsinghua University.

The small mountain village embarked on the road to prosperity in Kangzhuang

To revitalize the countryside, industry is the foundation. On February 13, 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to Liangjiahe and was very happy to learn that villager Zhang Weipeng earned 20,000 yuan in the first year of developing an orchard.

"I am not rich alone, only if the masses in Liangjiahe are rich, then it is called rich!" In 2016, Zhang Weipang registered and established the Zhang Weipang Apple Planting Cooperative in Yanchuan County, which absorbed 137 cooperative households that year; in 2017, the number of cooperative households reached 379. Only by allowing the growers in the village to join the cooperative and jointly develop the ecological industry can more people embark on the road of moderate prosperity." Zhang Weipeng said.

The years do not live, the original intention does not change. Once in Liangjiahe, Xi Jinping's greatest wish was to let the villagers eat a full meal of meat. Today, it is still in Liangjiahe, and what we see and feel is wealth and well-being. The industry has been comprehensively upgraded, and every household has a way to get rich; the countryside has developed in an all-round way, and the earthen caves have become new buildings; the peasants have made all-round progress, and everyone has lived a happy life.

In November last year, Zhang Weipang entrusted his 16-acre apple orchard to the town and lived a leisurely and carefree old age.

The mountain is still that mountain, the land is still that land, but Liangjiahe is not the old one before. According to Gong Baoxiong, at present, Liangjiahe has developed 899.2 mu of high-quality apples in mountainous areas, 30 mu of circulating land to develop the photovoltaic industry, and the annual income of the village collective has increased by 650,000 yuan. In addition, in recent years, Liangjiahe has gradually developed the tourism industry. Liangjiahe Rural Cultural Tourism Company, established in 2015, has received a total of 6.57 million tourists, achieved a comprehensive tourism income of 120 million yuan, and provided jobs for 87 people in the village.

"In recent years, Liangjiahe has adhered to the spirit of taking on practical work, insisted on building party organizations in the industry, embedded the masses in the industrial chain, and achieved sustained income increase and win-win economic development for the masses." Gong Baoxiong said.

Returnees have become the pillars of the development of their hometowns

Wang Baolin, 50, has been working in other places for a long time. From 1992 to 2015, Wang Baolin traveled to Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and other places, engaged in the processing and sales of corn starch, he had a business acumen, and once achieved the company's management. In 2015, after breaking out of the famous hall outside, he returned to his hometown for the New Year, and when he heard that the village wanted to develop rural tourism, he was moved.

After returning to his hometown, Wang Baolin served as the general manager of the Liangjiahe Rural Cultural Tourism Company, and arranged many young people with excellent skills to work in the tourism company. Those who know how to drive, drive battery cars to pick up tourists; those who know how to plan, write copywriting, and formulate publicity plans. Shi Lei is one of them. After graduating from university in 2016, he originally worked in Xi'an, but after seeing the rapid development and change of the village, he finally decided to return to his hometown to do a career.

"It was almost impossible to get people who broke out of the house to return home 10 years ago." Gong Baoxiong said, "In recent years, the development of the hometown has also created a broad world for the able people, and they have come back one after another to build their hometown with us." I believe that with the development of my hometown, there will be more people in the future, especially young people, who are willing to come back to build their hometown. ”

In March last year, the two committees of Liangjiahe Village completed the change of term. After the change, more young people joined the teams of the two village committees. Shi Lei, 27, was elected as a member of the liangjiahe village party branch.

"It is impossible for people to have the spirit of perseverance, and it is impossible to accomplish things without the spirit of arduous struggle. No matter what kind of business you do, you must have faith and responsibility. I will certainly live up to my youth and strive for a better future for my hometown. Shi Lei said.

Great times give birth to great dreams. Today's Liangjiahe is no longer synonymous with "poverty" and "backwardness", and the masses no longer have to live the days of "facing the loess and turning their backs to the sky". Now every household grows apples, engages in farming, runs farms, opens farmhouse inns... This ordinary little mountain village has become a place where dreams come true.
