It is reported that the defendants, a certain automobile repair plant in Jingbian County, and Luo xx (the operator of the auto repair plant) recruited the plaintiff's son Ma xx (who is related to Luo xx) as an apprentice in automobile repair because of business needs. Later, when Ma mou was resting on the bed in the workers' dormitory, he was accidentally knocked down by the wire at the head of the bed, and because of the serious injuries, he went to the hospitals in Jingbian, Yulin, Xi'an, Beijing and other places for treatment, which eventually caused the fourth-degree disability and needed continuous treatment. However, the second defendant had a cold attitude and refused to pay the medical expenses, and the plaintiff had no choice but to sue the court.
After trial, the Jingbian court made a judgment: the two defendants compensated the plaintiff for various losses totaling 125,605.7 yuan. After the judgment took effect, the defendant appealed to the Yulin Intermediate Court, and during the appeal, the plaintiff's son Ma X died due to other reasons, and Ma X's mother, Wang X, participated in the litigation as the heir. The Yulin Intermediate People's Court rendered a judgment: the appeal was rejected and the original judgment was upheld. After the judgment took effect, the two defendants refused to perform the obligations set forth in the effective legal documents, so the plaintiff applied to the Jingbian court for compulsory enforcement and filed the case on the same day.
After the case entered the enforcement procedure, the enforcement judge learned that the applicant Wang Moumou had difficulties in life, had a disability himself, his husband and children had died, lived alone, had no stable source of income, and only relied on a low security deposit to live, feeling pity and sympathy, and at the same time strengthening his determination to protect the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups in accordance with the law. Due to the consideration that Mr. Wang's physical disability was inconvenient to travel, the enforcement judge personally sent the execution of 30,000 yuan in cash to his home and helped him handle the relevant payment procedures.
