At the grassroots level, busyness has become a normal work, and grassroots cadres work day and night to complete the tasks and complete the set targets. But when the busyness is over, sometimes there is also a kind of anxiety of standing still. Young cadres should beware of falling into the quagmire of "transactionalism," keep thinking and studying, and be "people with hearts" in practical work.

Internalizing and absorbing practical experience to the greatest extent is necessary for young cadres to exercise at the grass-roots level, and it is often easy to be forgotten when they are busy doing things. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the opening ceremony of the training class for young and middle-aged cadres at the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration) in the autumn semester of 2021: "The same is practice, whether it is really attentive, whether it is good at summarizing and thinking, the size of the harvest and the speed of improvement are not the same." Be good at "reviewing" and overcome the inertia of neglecting to learn and thinking. Has the rural characteristics been lost in the promotion of the Shanhai Collaboration Project? Reflecting on the gains and losses of the day's work, leaving a gap for "learning by doing", summing up experience, refining practices, analyzing problems, drawing lessons, combining stem and understanding, and facing the next opportunity for practice with a sober mind, can we achieve more with half the effort and realize the cycle of "practice-understanding-re-practice".

Frequently "look up" to change the limitations of buried officers and myopia. Looking back at when I was just engaged in grassroots governance work, I immediately did it when I received the task, and when I finished it, I immediately threw myself into the next task, had no clue, and was pushed by the work. From the perspective of results, it is like a spinning top, wasting the enthusiasm of the officer on the in-place step of not getting the point, and the work is extremely difficult. On the other hand, other cadres engaged in the same business are at ease. Later, I learned from his experience, systematically sorted out the work structure, recognized the significance of the goal, and improved work efficiency through innovative and ingenious work. Last year, we carried out the "red, yellow and green" ping an three-color evaluation system and the "my grid and me" series of activities, leading the completion of the improvement of the town governance system, establishing a grid mutual look and mutual comparison and mutual learning platform, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the grid team, and receiving municipal commendations. Only by standing at a higher level and using forward-looking vision can we look at the whole picture, make overall plans, and achieve a picture in the brain, a road in front of the eyes, and a confidence in the heart.

Step out of the "new road" and break through the inertia of taking things for granted and following the trend. At present, social development is constantly innovating, and the old method of copying old experience is no longer applicable. When our city generally promotes the post-demolition utilization work, some areas such as Butou Village did not copy the templates of other regions, but made efforts to understand the needs of farmers and the unique conditions of the region, and innovated to create a microcirculation ecological courtyard, so as to stand out and win more development opportunities. Young cadres should give play to their advantages of being energetic, active in thinking, and having a strong ability to accept, use their brains and self-pressure on officials to start a business, compete with themselves, and with the attitude of "being new day by day, new day by day, and new by day," break through experience and path dependence, and sharpen their true skills, so that they can grow into new people of the times who are worthy of great responsibilities.
