At that time, Li Hao's customers were mainly concentrated in the retail industry, from YUM Group, INDITEX Group, VF Group to some high-end luxury brands, such as RICHEMONT Group. Behind each type of retail enterprise, there are commercial banks providing services, such as installing cash register POS machines for stores, providing cash door-to-door collection, etc., and collecting and unifying external payments of company funds through bank settlement accounts. "These foreign-funded retail companies with hundreds of stores in China have very high requirements for banking services. First of all, reflected in the response speed of banking services, before the traditional commercial banking services on state-owned enterprise customers service efficiency did not have high requirements, but these foreign-funded enterprise customers basic requirements on the same day to give a reply, a lot of business needs more cross-departmental communication and coordination; secondly, the communication with customers overseas headquarters often need to use English, we must adapt to such a communication context. ”

In order to meet the needs of customers as much as possible, Li Hao should actively communicate with various professional lines and departments of the bank to minimize uncontrollable factors. I remember one time, a new ZARA store owned by the INDITEX Group was about to open, and he did not apply for the required POS machine. In order to install the cash register direct connection POS system for the customer before the grand opening ceremony, he could only borrow a POS machine through internal allocation, which completed the installation without any danger and ensured the customer's opening business. "I also felt that most banks "sit south", and after being an account manager, I gradually realized that the competition we are facing is so fierce, in order to meet customer needs as much as possible, commercial banks must stand in the right position, constantly self-change, innovation and breakthrough and transformation and development. For example, YUM Group's KFC and Pizza Hut require our statement format to be seamless with their financial system, if according to the previous idea, it must be the customer to cooperate with the bank, but with the strong support of leaders at all levels, the efforts of business personnel to communicate and coordinate, under the active innovation and development of technical personnel, we have developed a set of reconciliation systems for YUM Group from scratch, and finally met the needs of the world's largest catering group customers.

Due to his location in Lujiazui, Li Hao's sub-branch has many foreign bank customers, such as Citi, Standard Chartered, HSBC and Deutsche Bank, who use them as their rmb clearing banks. In 2015, with the advent of the bull market in the domestic stock market, ICBC Shanghai Branch centralized the asset custody operation business and established a custody department, and Li Hao, who has experience in serving foreign banks and financial institutions, was transferred to this department to become a marketer for asset management and asset custody. With the development of finance and capital markets, there are more and more funds, trusts, insurance, securities companies and private equity products, and the scale of asset custody in Li Hao's department has gradually expanded, and it currently ranks first among all banks in Shanghai.

In the process of asset custody, li Hao was surprised by the way of thinking and knowledge of financial institution customers, and he also had the idea of studying and studying. "At that time, I had several clients who were studying gaojin, and they introduced that SAIF was the best financial business school in Shanghai, and I immediately decided to sign up after checking some information." Li Hao listened to the senior and said that Gao Jin's course was difficult, and after entering the school, he really felt that this was the double pressure of physical strength and brain power. "Busy with work from Monday to Friday, the whole weekend is spent on studying, and it is very sadistic from the physical strength alone. Moreover, the state-owned banks lack an English environment, and I still need to gradually adapt to Gao Jin's English teaching. In addition, most of Gao Jin's classmates come from securities companies, insurance, funds, and trusts, and their comprehensive quality is very high, and with excellent people, only by redoubling their efforts can they not be eliminated. ”

At the beginning of 2017, Li Hao was transferred to the general management department of the sub-branch and became the assistant manager. From the business transformation to the administrative department, at first I felt that the change in the nature of the work was quite large, and the common language between myself and Gao Jin in the business may be less. "After working for a while, I found that the biggest advantage of my current position is the pattern and perspective I am in. I no longer look at the problem from the perspective of an independent project or a single customer, but from the perspective of a branch or branch, to understand the rules of the industry and the system and policies of the main branch, and to learn to correctly look at the local and the overall, the current and the long-term. Li Hao introduced that his current main job responsibilities include the party building culture of the branch, the organization of the trade union group, legal affairs, internal control case prevention, reputation risk management and channel service management, etc. At present, the business hall of the branch is currently fully assisting the branch to strive for the honor of the 2018 China Banking Industry Civilized and Standardized Service Top 1000 Demonstration Outlets.

"Big Brother"

Since he first enrolled in school, Li Hao has been called "Brother Hao" by his classmates. Talking about the origin of this title, Li Hao said with a smile: "Gao Jin's annual tuition fee is more than 200,000 yuan, and the students hope that it will not affect their cash flow." Therefore, before the first year of payment, I went to talk to the president in charge, hoping to pay the students' tuition fees in installments, on the one hand, to provide convenience for the students, on the other hand, to bring some intermediate business income to the bank. I first posted an introduction to the tuition installments in the entire grade group, as well as the relevant supporting materials that need to be submitted. After receiving the materials and passing the assessment, they will report to the leader and obtain approval. Due to the better financial services provided to the students, the title of "Hao Ge" did not go away among the 2016 students.

Talking about the gains in the course, Li Hao admitted that he is not a person who is very sensitive to numbers and prefers emotional thinking. Therefore, Gao Jin's two courses in accounting and statistics are very helpful to him. "These courses helped me not just with the knowledge itself, but by cultivating a way of thinking that always maintained a strong sense of curiosity and curiosity, allowing me to quickly find the focus from the thousands of clues and not get lost because of the complicated situation."
