If the red dot on the chest is a bleeding point, accompanied by fever, night sweats, diarrhea, weight loss, etc., combined with the high-risk behavior of previous AIDS infection, then the possibility of AIDS is relatively large.
If there are only red dots on the chest, no associated symptoms, and no high-risk behaviors, then it is unlikely that it is AIDS.

AIDS, also known as acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, is an HIV-infected disease.
AIDS is mainly transmitted through sexual transmission, blood transmission, placental transmission and other channels.
Stages of HIV infection in humans:
1. Acute stage of HIV infection: it is manifested as no obvious symptoms or only flu-like symptoms, and the HIV virus is copied in large quantities in the body in this period, so it is infectious.
2. Asymptomatic period: this period can be entered from the acute stage, or directly into this period without obvious acute stage symptoms. Symptoms and signs such as lymphadenopathy may occur, but they are generally less likely to be taken seriously.
3. AIDS phase: the main symptoms are the symptoms and signs related to HIV infection and various opportunistic infections and tumors.

About the symptoms and signs related to HIV infection: the main manifestations are fever, night sweats, diarrhea, weight loss of more than 10% for more than 1 month, and some patients have psychoneurological symptoms, such as mental apathy, personality changes, headaches, epilepsy, dementia, etc., and there may be persistent systemic lymphadenopathy.
It is summarized as opportunistic infection, malignancy, and neurological abnormalities. If the patient has sepsis, Malnifi penicillium, fungal sepsis, etc., the skin fungus may appear petechiae and ecchymosis on the skin, which is the so-called red spot, and vigilance is a manifestation of AIDS.
The diagnostic criteria for AIDS are adults and adolescents aged 15 years (including 15 years), HIV infection plus diarrhea, > 1 month, unexplained persistent irregular fever of more than 38 °C;
Weight loss of 10% within 6 months, recurrent oral fungal infections and any of 16 items, that is, can be diagnosed as AIDS or HIV infection, and CD4 + T lymphocytes < 200 / ul, can also be diagnosed as AIDS.
