Red Net Moment Yiyang, April 11 (Correspondent Chen Huyu Xia Guiming) Recently, the Taojiang No. 1 Middle School Art Group received two award certificates from the Taojiang County Education Bureau. In the 9th NEAR Youth Painting Collection Organized by the Northeast Asia Regional Federation of Local Governments (NEAR), Wang Haixiang and Mo You, students of Taojiang No. 1 Middle School, won the finalist award and commemorative award respectively for their works "Different Countries, Common Ideals" and "Let's Share a Healthy World" with their solid painting skills and distinct painting intentions. This is the best result achieved by a student of Taojiang No.1 Middle School participating in an international art competition.

The Northeast Asia Regional Local Government Federation (NEAR) is an international organization jointly established in September 1996 by the provincial local governments of 80 countries and regions, including China, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia and Russia. In order to let more young people understand the social, economic, cultural and other aspects of Northeast Asia and establish a sense of ownership, the Northeast Asia Regional Local Government Federation held a collection of works with the theme of "Northeast Asian countries I want to go to after the NEW CROWN epidemic". In this event, 456 works from China, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia and Russia were participated in the competition, and 180 works won awards. All winning entries will be exhibited on tour in 2022 at various member local governments in Korea.

The relevant person in charge of Taojiang No.1 Middle School said: This competition takes the global new crown epidemic prevention and control as the background to guide our teenagers to pay attention to current affairs and broaden their horizons. Their work won this award in international painting competitions, which shows their lofty ideals and broad patterns, sets an example for the youth of the county, and wins honors for the school.
