1. Use the Taiwan Compatriot Permit or Taiwan Resident Residence Permit to complete the "Citizen Cloud" APP registration and real-name authentication.
Step 1: Download the "Citizen Cloud with Application" APP and click Register
Step 2: Check "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy", fill in the mobile phone number and verification code
Step 3: Set the account password
Step 4: Check agree to the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy", and log in with the registered mobile phone number and password
Step 5: Follow the prompts to perform real-name authentication
Step 6: According to the type of document, select "Taiwan Resident Mainland Travel Permit" or "Taiwan Resident Residence Permit" and fill in the relevant information
Step 7: Conduct face recognition authentication
Step 8: Completion of certification
2. Use the Alipay "With Application" Mini Program to obtain the application code.
Step 1: Open the Alipay APP, search for "With Application", and click Enter.
Step 2: Agree to authorize "Allow access to your location" in the auto pop-up window.
Step 3: Click "Please Login" to confirm "Authentication Login"
Step 4: Agree to authorize "Obtain the following service permissions" in the automatic pop-up window
Step 5: In the user service agreement, check "Agreed" and click "Next"
After the initial application is approved, the next time as long as you enter the Alipay APP's "with the application" mini program, you can brighten the code at any time
3. After the registration is completed, apply for a nucleic acid code

Open the Application APP (or Alipay "With Application" Mini Program), enter the "Application Code" interface, click "Nucleic Acid Code", take a screenshot in advance, apply for and reuse it once, and be valid for 30 days
Friendly reminder
Using the same mobile phone number and registering a Taiwan compatriot card or a Taiwan resident residence permit account at the same time may cause system abnormalities, and it is recommended that only one document be bound to a mobile phone number.
