The former post-00s vanguard is now missing the tour quarterfinals, and his era may be over

A few days ago, I wrote an article titled "The Post-00s Both Climb to the Top of the Miami Tennis Tournament, the Future Tennis World may Be the World of the Post-00s". In the current tennis world, post-00s tennis players have gradually begun to emerge, showing their strength and characteristics. In the future, their topic may never stop.

Today's article, let me introduce you to a post-00s tennis player, I hope you can like more, thank you for your support.

On April 8, Beijing time, the 2022 ATP250 Marrakesh station ended the second round of the men's singles competition. The tournament's top seed Aliasim missed 2 match points and lost to Morcan and missed the quarterfinals.

At the recently concluded Miami Masters, Spain's youngster Alcaraz overcame the passive situation of being broken in the first set and fought back, defeating Norway's No. 6 seed Norway Igorud in two sets, winning the Masters championship for the first time in his career and becoming the first post-00 player to win the Masters championship in men's tennis.

Among the post-00s players, the first person to break through and make tennis fans remember is Aliasim. In July 2015, he reached the quarterfinals of the Granby Challenge, becoming the youngest player in history to win the first full-time Challenge. That year, he and his friend Shapovalov won the Junior Davis Cup and the US Open Junior Men's Doubles Title.

At the French Open in June 2016, Aliassim finished second in the French Open Junior Men's Singles. In September, he went one step further and won the US Open Junior Men's Singles Championship. This year, he also won the Second Place in Wimbledon and US Open Junior Men's Doubles with his partner.

In 2017, Ariasim, who transferred to professional tennis, won the Lyon Challenge and the Sevilla Challenge. In March 2018, he broke through from the qualifiers to the Indian Wells Masters main tournament and defeated Persian Pihill in the first round to win his first tour victory. In August, in the Rogers Cup, he defeated Lucas Pouilly in the first round to win his first career win against the TOP20. At the 2018 US Open, Aliasim reached the main tournament through the qualifiers, becoming the first post-00s male player in history to reach the main Slam tournament. In September, at the Chengdu Open, he defeated Wu Yixun and Zheng Heng to reach the quarterfinals of his first tour tournament.

In February 2019, at the ATP500 Rio Open, Aliassim reached the final. He became the youngest player in the history of the ATP500 to reach the final and the first 00 to reach the Men's Singles Final of the Tour, and although he failed to go any further, he ranked in the TOP100 for the first time with this runner-up, soaring from 104th to 60th.

In March 2019, Aliasim defeated Tsitsipas in the second round of the Indian Wells Masters to win his first career win against the world's top 10. At the Miami Masters, he won seven consecutive games from the qualifiers to reach the final four of his first Masters tournament. In June, at the Stuttgart Open, Aliassim made his first grass tour and reached the final. In the Queen's Cup, Aliassim beat Tsitsipas in the quarter-finals to reach at least the final four in three consecutive races. At Wimbledon in July, he reached the third round, becoming the first post-00s male player to win the first Major tournament. This year, he reached four tour finals and, unfortunately, did not win the championship.

In 2020, Aliasim reached three Tour finals. Among them, in Rotterdam and Marseille, he reached the final consecutively, but unfortunately failed to win the championship in the end. In September, at the US Open, he broke through all the way to the round of 16, becoming the first post-00s male player in history to reach the round of 16 of a Grand Slam. In November, in the men's doubles final of the Paris Masters, Aliassim and his partner won their first men's doubles tour title of their careers.

At Wimbledon in July 2021, Aliassim reached the quarter-finals of a Grand Slam for the first time. In the US Open in September, he played a triumphant song all the way to the final four, becoming the first post-00 player to reach the final four of the Grand Slam men's singles. On 15 November, Aliassim rose to 10th in the world rankings, making him a career in the TOP10. Unfortunately, in the 2021 season, he reached the tour final twice, but still did not win the championship.

In January 2022, in the atp Cup group stage, Aliasim defeated Alexander Zverev in three sets to win the TOP3 for the first time in his career; in the final, he defeated Agut to help Canada win the championship. At the 2022 Australian Open, Aliassim reached the quarterfinals of the Australian Open for the first time. In February, in the rotterdam Open final, he defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas to win his first men's singles title on the Tour, ending the curse of losing all eight games in the Tour singles finals. After that, he continued to work hard to reach the final of the Marseille Open, but in the end, he lost to Rublev in two sets, and the final record became 1 championship and 9 runners-up.

In March, at the Indian Wells Masters, Aliassim was out in the first round; at the Miami Masters, he was out in the second round. At the just held Marrakech Open, he was out of the second round.

At present, the post-00s young player Sina has won the second place in the 2021 Miami Masters, and Alcaraz has won the 2022 Miami Masters championship. More importantly, Sina already holds five Tour titles and has a record of five wins and one loss in the final, while Alcaraz also has three Tour champions in hand, and the record in the final is three wins and one loss. Aliassim's final record is one win and nine losses, which is far less dazzling than Sinar and Alcaraz.

At a time when post-00s players are showing their strength more and more and begin to emerge in the tennis world, the time left for Aliassim may really be running out. If it does not change, perhaps his time has not yet arrived, and it will have to end.

It is not easy to write an article, and friends who see it here remember to like it at the point in the ha. Trouble everyone, thank you.
