The government-led project for the benefit of the people, led by the municipal health department, is a subsidy project for pregnant women's peripheral blood fetal free DNA prenatal screening (i.e., non-invasive DNA testing) and interventional prenatal diagnosis (amniocentesis).
The test fee for the prenatal screening of free DNA of pregnant women with peripheral blood fetus is free, and the subsidy for interventional prenatal diagnosis is 2,000 yuan per pregnant woman.
The project will be implemented from late March to December 31 this year. Pregnant women who have established maternal and childbirth health care files in medical institutions under the jurisdiction of Deyang City and whose Down screening is at critical risk (non-invasive DNA testing should be done), as well as pregnant women who will undergo interventional prenatal diagnosis (amniocentesis) at designated institutions in Deyang City, can enjoy the discount of this project.
Pregnant women only need to go to Deyang City People's Hospital, Zhongjiang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Shifang Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center, Jingyang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Mianzhu Maternal and Child Health Planning Service Center, Guanghan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Guanghan City Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Deyang Luojiang District People's Hospital to collect blood from 7 designated blood collection institutions.
The designated testing institution of the project is Deyang Municipal People's Hospital. For interventional prenatal diagnosis projects, pregnant women can make an appointment directly with deyang prenatal diagnosis center (i.e. Deyang People's Hospital).
