In order to give play to the leading role of team building and help the creation of civilized cities, the Pingliang Ethnic Minority Culture and Education Promotion Association, together with the United Front Work Department of the Chongxin County Cpc Committee and the County Youth League Committee, jointly carried out the public welfare assistance activity of "leading team building and cultivating good teenagers in the countryside", and sent study packages and scholarship funds to poor students in two towns and two communities in Chongxin County
At the beginning of March, Mi Xiangren, chairman of the Pingliang Youth Promotion Association, reported the relevant matters in contact with the Youth League Municipal Committee, and was recognized and supported by the Youth League Municipal Committee.
On March 31, Mi Xiangren, president of the Pingliang Youth Promotion Association, Ma Jianjun, secretary general, and Gao Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chongxin County communicated and docked on the overall arrangement of the project, which was strongly supported by Secretary Gao.
At noon, the members of the project team of the Pingliang Youth Promotion Association held an online meeting to communicate about the project preparation. Shi Rui, deputy secretary of the county Youth League Committee, attended the meeting.

At 8:00 a.m. on April 3, three volunteers from the Youth Promotion Association drove more than an hour from Pingliang City to Chongxin County, and together with Shi Rui, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chongxin County, and two volunteers visited the families of students in difficulty one by one, and began to distribute bursaries and school kits.

Volunteers began to visit from 10 o'clock in the morning to more than 4 o'clock in the afternoon, walked nearly 50 kilometers, visited 11 families, distributed 5200 yuan in bursaries, and 11 study packs.

The purchase of materials for this student aid project came from the special fund of the "Little Flame Public Welfare Project" of the Pingliang Young Promotion Association; the financial aid came from the public welfare donations of Professor Yan Hong, deputy dean of the School of Power of Northwestern Polytechnical University, and social caring people.
