Hello everyone, I am Zhang Xuan from Chengdu, Sichuan, here is my sharing:
First, everything is exchanged
The first time I returned to the classroom as a senior, I would like to thank Mr. Bao and Senior Zhao Hui for giving me this opportunity to serve everyone. When I began to participate in the venue layout and the meeting before the start of the class, I finally understood why when I first entered the venue, I felt relaxed, comfortable and joyful, and behind all the seemingly simple things was Mr. Bao's careful design and strict rules.
I am actually a relatively casual person, the sense of rules is not very strong, is a difficult to get up early. This also deeply affected my daughter, who got up every morning and was a replica of me. When I put on my black suit in class, an inexplicable sense of responsibility arises, and getting up on time is a must, we need to arrive early and be ready to meet our families at the venue.
Connecting every family member with love and sincerity is warm at heart. In the first lesson, Teacher Bao talked about longevity, love in the heart, finding the law of life, in order to achieve the length of life, to put altruism, responsibility, responsibility in front of themselves, when we can really help family, friends, strangers, this flow of love is the energy of the ascension, and the spirit determines the life of the flesh. It's all in exchange!
Second, start from the heart and be a good person
I participated in the course of the Mental Home 7 times, from the beginning of the ignorance to see myself, the senior said that I was like a child growing up slowly. At first, I also liked to sit in the corner, thinking that as long as I listened to the lecture, I didn't dare to raise my hand to speak, and I was very unconfident. I hope to go home after listening to the class and quietly change, when I first started talking to Teacher Bao, I was so nervous that I didn't know what I was talking about. In this course, I saw that several family members were in the same state as me at the beginning, and Mr. Bao always chose to help them at the right opportunity.
In the past six months, I have begun to learn to love, to make myself gradually soft, and I can accept and feel the love from each other. Last night I dreamed of seeing my mother, she looked at me in the dream for the first time and smiled, at that moment I hugged my mother and told my mother that I thought of her, and I kept repeating this sentence in my dream until I woke up! I never expressed my love for my mother when she was alive, so much so that I have been haunted for so many years. How nice it was to be able to say it, and I went back to my role as a daughter, to be a child who was subservient to her parents.
In the past few months, my daughter and I have been with love, encouragement and understanding, compared to the previous dogmatic education, my daughter and I like the way we are now, I learned how to be a mother who knows how to love. Thank you to Mr. Bao and the mental education system for giving me the opportunity to be a new person, let me start to examine myself, and do a good job in the role of daughter, wife, mother, leader, and employee!
Third, "emotional therapy" helps others and helps themselves
In the course, I had the privilege of helping the three family members to do emotional release, and I was shocked to find that the events that each family member talked about during the release process, including work, children, husband and wife, etc., were similar to their own experiences, especially through a certain family member I knew through Teacher Bao, I talked to her about feelings and gender problems, and there was a surprisingly same situation!
In fact, when I took the "Heart Transfer" course last year, I avoided gender issues. Teacher Bao compassionately arranged for us to know each other, let me see that she was releasing her grievances and discomfort, and when apologizing to her husband, let me feel the ups and downs and warmth in my heart. The confirmation of our thoughts has created all the encounters and ourselves today, the good, the bad, the uncomfortable, the wronged, the joyful, in fact, there is no difference, it is all a hint to ourselves, because the result has been formed.
Bravely facing and turning your mind is the best healing, and it is also the charm of "emotional therapy"!
Grateful to meet the mental home, grateful for the encouragement and help of Teacher Bao and Zhaohui, grateful for the support of my family, I am willing to walk with my family all the way and grow together!
