According to this calculation, there are more than 1,000 laid-off employees in a building who have queued up to leave, and the total number of so many office buildings adds up to more than 1,000 employees leaving in a single day.
Last year, it also issued a notice of salary increase, saying that it would take two years to gradually increase the annual salary of employees from 14 salaries to 16 salaries, and Liu Qiangdong, who called employees "brothers", turned his head and attacked the "brothers".
In fact, not only JD.com, Tencent and Alibaba and other Internet manufacturers have already joined the army of layoffs, the direct reason is to reduce the cost of enterprises.
According to the latest quarterly report, the days of the Internet manufacturers in the fourth quarter of last year were not very good. JD.com released its 2021 and fourth quarter financial reports, and although revenue continued to grow, the loss in the fourth quarter was as high as 5.2 billion yuan. Tencent's net profit was 24.88 billion yuan, directly down 25% from the previous year, and Ali's net profit was 20.429 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 74%.
