Civilized campus, moral education first. In November 2019, the new leadership team of Qingyang No. 1 Middle School put forward the school-running concept of "cultivating people with virtue and educating talents for the country", determined the goal of establishing a high-level, high-grade, high-quality and high-leading "high-quality school in the new era", committed to implementing the "four structural changes" of curriculum, teaching, activities and evaluation, implementing the "six major education mechanisms" of curriculum education, practical education, cultural education, management education, collaborative education, and activity education, and focused on promoting the construction of the ideological and work style of the cadre team. The "four major projects" of improving the professional skills of the teacher team, cultivating the diligent learning atmosphere of the student group, and upgrading the cultural taste of the campus environment have created a community for the growth of teachers and students, and systematically designed the future development of the school.

In moral education, Qingyang No.1 Middle School follows the laws of students' cognition and education and teaching, and integrates The excellent traditional Chinese culture and socialist core values into students' ideological and moral, cultural knowledge, sports and art, social practice education and other links.
