In the 104 valid questionnaires collected, the comprehensive owner's true evaluation of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard in terms of model fundamentals, driving experience, use cost, quality reliability, pre-sales/after-sales service, and the comprehensive score of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard in this survey was 84 points, which reached the recommended standard of the vehicle quality network.
First, the owner of the portrait: the owner of the car is mostly young men

In this survey, 52.8% of the owners gave a positive evaluation of the "exterior design" of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, and another 24.1% of the surveyed car owners expressed satisfaction with its "body color".

In this survey, 64.4% of car owners said that they valued the driving experience of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, and only 15.3% of car owners paid more attention to the riding experience. The reason for this situation is mainly related to the sporty model positioning of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard.
In terms of power system, the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard is equipped with a "Julang Power" 1.5TGDI turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 130 kW and a maximum torque of 270N·m, and the matching transmission system is a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission independently developed by GAC. Most of the owners who participated in the survey gave a high evaluation of the power performance and steering performance of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard. However, some car owners believe that silence still needs to be improved.
In the comprehensive evaluation of the driving experience of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, the owners participating in the survey gave an objective evaluation, more than 70% of the surveyed car owners gave "very satisfied" and "satisfied" evaluations, and only 6.7% of the surveyed car owners clearly expressed "dissatisfaction".
Fourth, the use of cost: low fuel consumption
Maintenance is reasonably priced
The 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard starts at 98,300 yuan, which is more cost-effective for a sports compact car. After the purchase of the vehicle, the cost of use in the later stage has become the most concerned topic for car owners.
In the fuel consumption survey for the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, as many as 67.3% of car owners said that the fuel consumption of 100 kilometers was less than 8 liters; the proportion of car owners of 8-10 liters was 27.9%. It can be seen that the "Julang Power" 1.5TGDI turbocharged engine has performed well in fuel economy, and most of the surveyed car owners are satisfied with the fuel consumption performance. In addition, of the 104 questionnaires received, nearly 90% of the questionnaires believed that the repair/maintenance costs of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard were in line with expectations and within a reasonable range.
For the overall evaluation of the cost of use of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, the owners who participated in the survey gave a relatively objective evaluation, and the proportion of car owners who chose "very satisfied" and "satisfied" were 70.2% and 16.4%, respectively, and the proportion of car owners who said they were "dissatisfied" was only 4.1%.
Fifth, quality and reliability:
There are relatively many problems with abnormal noise and sudden setbacks
According to the survey results, of the 104 valid questionnaires received, 15 questionnaires showed that the vehicle had experienced non-human malfunctions or quality problems.
Among these vehicles with non-human failures, vehicles with a mileage of more than 10,000 kilometers with faults accounted for the highest proportion of 39.3%, followed by vehicles with faults between 5,000 and 10,000 kilometers, accounting for 22.1%. The survey results of the first failure period show that nearly 50% of the vehicles fail for the first time between 3-6 months of car purchase.
In further investigations of car owners, we found that the transmission had the highest proportion of non-human failures, which was also reflected in the results of the survey of "the car's most serious quality problems or defects". After investigation, it was found that more than half of the owners said that the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard had no quality problems or defects. In addition, 15.3% and 10.5% of the surveyed car owners reported that the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard had "abnormal sounds" and "sudden setbacks".
Although some car owners complained about the quality and reliability of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, they still gave a relatively objective evaluation. Among them, 56.7% and 22.1% of car owners gave "very satisfied" and "satisfied" evaluations, respectively, and the proportion of car owners who clearly stated that they were "dissatisfied" was 4.9%. Therefore, the quality and professionalism of the pre-sales/after-sales service of automobile dealers play a vital role in consumers' purchase of vehicles and even in subsequent maintenance of vehicles.
In this survey of the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard pre-sales/after-sales service, all car owners chose "authorized 4S store" for maintenance channels. In addition, of the 104 questionnaires received, 27 questionnaires showed that car owners had encountered pre-sales/after-sales service problems, accounting for about 25.9%.
Through further investigation, it was learned that the owner's complaints about the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard in the pre-sale/after-sales service were mostly concentrated in the "promise not to be fulfilled", which was also reflected in the "specific problems existing in the pre-sale/after-sales service of the vehicle". Among them, "other" problems accounted for the highest proportion, and some car owners reported that they could not get the car after booking.
However, in the overall evaluation of pre-sales/after-sales service, the owners surveyed still gave a relatively objective evaluation, of which 42.3% of the owners thought they were "very satisfied", 38.4% of the owners were "satisfied", and 14.5% and 4.8% of the owners gave "general" and "dissatisfied" evaluations.
Overall
The 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard has a high degree of market recognition, which is inseparable from its performance-oriented appearance design and power adjustment, and the price of about 100,000 yuan also makes it easier for young consumers to contact. Judging from the survey results of the "most satisfied" project for the 2021 GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard, appearance and driving experience have become the two most satisfied options, accounting for 23.1% and 19.2% respectively. Among the "most dissatisfied" survey options, 17.3% of car owners expressed dissatisfaction with pre-sales/after-sales service, the main problem was that the car could not be picked up for a long time after booking, and the 4S store did not actively solve it.
