One of my favorite series from my childhood! I still love to look through it from time to time! Apollin and Toot toot are really cute, the whole book is composed of Apollin's self-talk, all kinds of daily small stories are experienced by children every day, like a cardboard box can be relished for half a day, playing a little doctor to see a toy, pretending to be a mother to take care of the dolls to live.
There is no general picture book story description, simple self-talk makes the child immersed in the scene, fully showing the child's innocence. Moreover, the text is simple and the vocabulary is small, so it is also good to use it as a picture book for the initial practice of independent reading after the child begins to read
