According to public information, Ankai Bus is a listed company specializing in the production of a full range of buses and auto parts, and its main products are bus vehicles and auto parts. Products cover all kinds of highway buses, tourist buses, group buses, landscape cars, buses, new energy commercial vehicles, etc. Ankai bus adopts two technical routes of full load and half load, full load technology is mainly used for large buses and new energy buses, and half load technology is mainly used for medium and light buses. It holds 162 authorized patents, including 20 invention patents, and has won the title of national intellectual property advantage enterprise; participated in the revision of 3 national and industry standard systems.
Ankai Bus has always attached great importance to the research and development of intelligent bus technology, and the first batch of intelligent driving buses was put on the Shenzhen market in 2017, which is the earliest intelligent driving bus in China to open road operation. Subsequently, it entered the trial operation of Wuhan, Tianjin, Macao and Tokyo, Japan. In September 2020, Ankai Bus was awarded the first batch of driverless test licenses in Anhui. At the end of 2020, the company integrated the establishment of the "Intelligent Network Technology Research Institute".
At present, the cooperation between Ankai Bus and Huawei in the field of intelligent networking and automatic driving, mainly in terms of automatic driving computing platform, Ankai's self-developed intelligent driving system is equipped with Huawei's computing platform MDC300/F series, relying on huawei's automatic driving domain controller's high computing power and strong engineering capabilities, to assist Ankai to promote the research and development capabilities of automatic driving systems.
