KBD67 Lite pure white shell + fingertip cultural creation white keycap, the fly in the ointment is that the kit and the keycap match has a color difference. After all, the kit uses a bright pure white, and the keycap has a bit of retro taste milk white. A brief introduction to the KBD67 Lite kit, using 67 keys to match, different from the mainstream 68, the same shell size, reduced a 1u length right FN key, and the right Ctrl and right Alt are adjusted to 1.25u, leaving a gap with the arrow keys, that is, the layout scheme with front teeth. The keyboard shell has a minimalist design style, and the side face will have an arc, which is also the most recognizable element of KBD67 Lite. Among them, the popular Gasket structure scheme is adopted, the inner tank has no rigid connection, is supported by silicone, and the upper and lower covers are fixed by screw strings. Accessories include the Poron bottom pad (with shaft seat opening), the liner assembly (PCBA, silicone sandwich, PC positioning plate), the PCB satellite shaft and the housing. Of course, there's also a spring cord and a standard keyboard storage bag. The kit needs to be assembled in-house, and thanks to hot swapping, it saves time without the need to solder the shaft. Assembled, KBD67 Lite's Gasket structure is not a soft bullet (the pursuit of the ultimate soft bullet needs attention), and even the deformation is relatively small. As for cavity sound suppression, there will be some keys near the edge of the shell. The quality of the original PCB satellite axis is general, not excellent, a little empty, tuning needs to take some time, or you can consider replacing a set of steel plate satellite shafts, and the later replacement is also convenient. In addition, KBD67 Lite supports VIA key change, a total of 4 layers of keys are fully customizable.
The shaft body chose the TTC Flaming Red Axis with a light guide column, while the KBD67 Lite single template comes standard with RGB and lower lamp position. The flaming red shaft adopts long spring, 45gf trigger pressure, 2mm trigger and 4mm total key range, strong rebound, comes with factory lubrication, and smoothness is also excellent.
The keycaps are equipped with a set of fingertip cultural creations of Naibai, with supplementary small sets, easy to compatible with KBD67 Lite. With the full appearance of the class ball cap, coupled with its own milk white color, it is a bit retro. Among them, the keycaps are made of PBT material, the dye sublimation process treatment, the surface touch is more delicate, the curvature and contact surface, fingertip positioning, docking is very comfortable. In addition, the KDA height ladder layout, which is the height design of the keycaps of the previous Gulf Racing racers, is not difficult to adapt to. The keycap itself is not light-transmitting, but the keyboard's highest brightness and dim environments will still leak light.
