Snoring so much that my nose has become crooked?

The deviated nasal septum is an important factor in snoring.

Heredity, developmental abnormalities, trauma or nasal polyps and other mass lesions may lead to deviations in the nasal septum, many of which do not cause dysfunction and obvious symptoms, known as physiological deviations. Only more severe (especially with structural changes such as nasal bones) can the nasal septum be seen with the naked eye.

However, the deviation of the nasal septum should not be ignored just because you cannot see the inside of the nose. The most common cause of deviation of the nasal septum is that there is no cold, allergy and other triggers but still continuous nasal congestion.

Long-term reciprocating can lead to acute and chronic rhinitis, symptoms of more severe nasal congestion, and finally even impaired sense of smell... The mucous membranes in the curved areas will be subjected to greater tension, and slight irritation will also be prone to nosebleeds. Reflex headaches can occur if the deviated area is pressed against the middle and lower turbinates.

Once the above symptoms appear from scratch, or if the above symptoms continue to not ease and affect life, quickly go to the OTOL department to let the doctor see, if necessary, you have to perform surgical correction!
