Living in the past, you will continue to worry and worry from past experiences and painful memories, and living in the future will always have continuous longing and fantasy, hoping that the more beautiful, the easier it is to let yourself suffer from gain and loss, afraid of not being able to achieve.
The mind will continue to pull in this past and future, draining the spirit and wading through the years. Only by focusing on the present and working hard can we rest assured that we can live with peace of mind.
When we are in trouble, we are always desperate and anxious, afraid that this bottomless pit will sink deeper and deeper, but we forget a word called "things must be reversed", and no poles will come.
On the contrary, when we are sailing smoothly and thriving, we will continue to expand, thinking that things will continue to get better, so the arrogant heart will come, we will forget the form, there is no one in sight, we also forget that things are extremely opposite, the world is impermanent, all we can do is to live in the present, to consume in the moment, to wear away our own difficult things, to wear away our arrogant hearts, to wear away lazy hearts, to wear away fearful hearts, to wear away impetuous hearts.

I am only afraid that the mirror is not clear, and I am not afraid that things will not be able to shine.
Wang Yangming said: The heart of a saint should be like a mirror, and everything that encounters can be clearly illuminated, while the heart of our ordinary people is a mirror covered with dust, and many things cannot be illuminated.
Why is it dim? Because the desires and habits are too heavy. For example, the people they like, even if they have obvious shortcomings, can rationalize themselves, find a reasonable reason, and choose tolerance.
The same thing that people they like to do is called willfulness, and people they don't like do it are called poor character. Those who love to drink, will say, without drinking some wine, life will have no fun, love to smoke, will say, even quit smoking, what fun is there in life. The person you don't like has done something good, and you don't want to admit it, saying that others are just lucky.
When others make some money, some people will say that he is just lucky, and if I have this luck, I will definitely be better than him. It is our desires and habits that make us unable to see others, nor can we see ourselves clearly, and we cannot see the essence of things.
As long as this mirror in the heart can see the truth, can it be able to know the wisdom of others, self-knowledge, and are you afraid of not meeting good people and not being able to do a career?
People can't predict the future, many difficulties and opportunities are entangled in the chaotic world, see the essence of things, see the truth of things, naturally can grasp the key nodes, four or two thousand pounds, half the effort.
