Second, safeguarding. Find a job in the city, even if you go to the factory to work, at least you can have five insurances and one gold. For most of the agricultural population, if they are working in the family farm, it is difficult to have five social insurance and one gold - of course, although farmers can buy agricultural insurance, but the purchase of agricultural insurance funds, but also a lot of expenses. The absence of insurance means that there is no protection for the elderly and medical care.
Therefore, from these contents, it is understandable why young people are not willing to participate in agricultural labor at all.
2. New agriculture
The so-called strong twisted melon is not sweet. Therefore, modern society cannot force young people to cultivate land. However, due to the development of science and technology, there will also be new changes in agriculture - that is, smart agriculture.
In fact, in the past few decades, the agriculture of our society has developed rapidly - from the 80s, farming needs to cultivate cattle, and after the 80s, many rural areas with good economic conditions have used agricultural machinery and tools such as water pumps and tractors. Agricultural production efficiency has also improved by leaps and bounds.
In the future, smart agriculture will also make agriculture the white moonlight of many people - that is, unattainable projects. Because with the development of productivity, smart agriculture does not need so much labor. After all, in the future, agricultural production will be carried out by robots.
