In order to present authentic and creative Thai delicacies to Chengdu diners, Boshe is proud to invite Chef Kan Hongjumphon of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Chengdu to bring Thai cuisine from north to south with local Thai ingredients. Chef Kan Hongjumphon has over 15 years of experience in pure Thai cuisine, and she has personally passed on authentic Thai culinary skills to the Bolshoi Chef team to create a culinary mecca of "Thailand in the City", so that you can experience a new, unique and immersive "Thai" wonderful journey at The Temple Café!

Not only are there familiar traditional Thai desserts: colorful leaf coconut juice cake, mango sticky rice, mille-feuille cake, pandan coconut rolls and "rubies" soaked in coconut milk, but also coconut egg shallot oil cake and jackfruit seeds with innovative flavors. Each dessert is full of color, flavor and taste buds, and each set of afternoon tea is priced at RMB 298.
