Introduction to art
Qin Wen, born in February 1967 in Anqing, Anhui Province, is now a member of the China Artists Association, vice chairman of the Anqing Artists Association, a special painter of the National Academy of Ethnic Painting, and has participated in more than 20 national art exhibitions and won awards for his fine art works, and has won the first prize of an anqing Municipal Government literature and art for three consecutive years.
