Kanye West's social account has been suspended for using racist slogans in his posts against Trevor Noah, host of the Daily Show. The rapper was silenced for 24 hours. According to TMZ, Instagram parent company Meta believes Kanye's posts violate the platform's hate speech, harassment and bullying rules. After Noah claimed that the situation between Kanye, his ex-wives Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson was "frightening," Kanye repeatedly used the term described as "black anti-black" in posts aimed at Noah.
After the incident, Noah left a message on Kanye's post detailing his views on the matter. He wrote: "There are very few artists who have had a greater impact on me than you have. You turn the sample into a symphony. You turn your pain through the web into the perfect show. Because of you, I had a different idea of how to spend money, and because of you, I learned to protect my childlike creativity from mature thoughts, and because of you, I still smile every time I put on my seat belt. ”
"Kanye, you are a very important part of my life. So it makes me sad to see you like this. I don't care if you support Trump or if you hate Pete. However, when I see you on a dangerous and painful path, I care. As for your use of the term 'black against black'... Obviously some people have graduated, but we're still stupid. Never forget that the biggest trick racists have ever played against black people is to teach us to strip each other of our black identities when we disagree. Trick us into splitting ourselves into pieces so that we will never come together," Noah wrote.
Earlier, Trevor Noah referred to Kanye's chaotic breakup with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, on the Daily Show, saying, "It's strange that Kanye told us he was struggling with his mental health."
