So the next morning, Wan Yicai took two pieces of gold and went straight to the township government, while Wan Yiquan and Wan Yinian's two younger brothers stood by the treasure with sticks and did not allow anyone to approach easily. After Wan Yicai explained his intentions, the township government attached great importance to this matter, so it asked experts to identify the gold coins, and the appraisal results showed that the gold coins contained more than 99 percent of the gold.
Wan Yicai said that he still had dozens of such gold coins in his home, so the township government was shocked and hurriedly reported the matter to the county government. When the county government sent people to Wanjia, Wanjia had been surrounded by a flood, and people from nearby villages rushed to see the liveliness, and finally the Wanjia brothers handed over all the vases and gold coins to the state, and the Wanjia brothers became famous and were reported by the People's Daily and so on.
According to expert research, this vase is the treasure of the Yan kingdom in the Warring States period, is the treasure obtained in 315 BC when the Qi general Chen Zhang led the army to attack the Yan kingdom, the vase vase body hollow carved plum blossoms and dragons, is the perfect craft product of the Bronze Age, called the national treasure, and the vase itself is more valuable than the 40 pounds of gold coins, and later experts named it Chen Zhang round pot, now this round pot is stored in the Nanjing Museum.
