BioWare's next upcoming blockbuster is Dragon Age, which is currently in full development. In addition, BioWare is also working on a new mass effect game. Although in the early stages of development, BioWare is still working behind the scenes, and that of course includes recruiting staff.
BioWare recently recruited well-known content creator Michael Tucker to the Mass Effect development team. Tucker is also a screenwriter, represented by his YouTube videos Story Mode and Lessons from the Screenplay.
What role Tucker will play on the Mass Effect team is unclear, but given his status as a screenwriter, he may be involved in the plot.
The new Mass Effect game is currently under development using Unreal Engine 5 instead of DICE's Frost Engine.
