The Warriors beat the Bucks 122-109 at home today, ending the Bucks' six-game winning streak while also taking a three-game winning streak.
The Warriors had a clear advantage in rebounding today, grabbing a total of 55 rebounds, compared to just 39 for the Bucks, and the Warriors grabbed 16 more rebounds than the Bucks. In terms of rebounds in the frontcourt, the Warriors also grabbed four more than the Bucks 12-8.
Thompson had a big outburst today, with Klay playing 34 minutes, shooting 15-of-24 and 8-of-14 from three-point range, setting a season-high 38 points, plus six rebounds and five assists. In the second quarter, Thompson shot 6-of-7, including 5-of-6 from three-point range, and scored 17 points in a single quarter, the 10th time in his career that he has shot at least five three-pointers in a single quarter, behind Curry (31) and Lillard (13) in the past 25 seasons.
