First, low pressure is generated by the aortic system
The blood that exits outward when the heart contracts is first entered by the aortic vessels, and then flows to the arteries and capillaries step by step. But the blood discharged by the heart cannot flow into the small blood vessels at once, so it can only be stored by the expansion of the aorta. When the heart is diastolic, the aortic arteries restrict elastically, pushing blood to flow outward to the peripheral arterioles.
That is, the aortic system acts like a "balloon" that exerts pressure on the blood as it retracts. The lowest value of this pressure is diastolic pressure, commonly known as low pressure.
There are two main factors affecting low pressure, one is the elasticity of the aorta, the greater the elasticity (which is a good thing), the higher the low pressure; and the other factor is the resistance of the peripheral artery, the greater the resistance, the higher the low pressure.
Second, the increase in peripheral arterial resistance is the main cause
People with elevated low pressure are mainly due to increased resistance to peripheral arteries. A common factor is elevated sympathetic tone, which leads to increased release of epinephrine and norepinephrine, causing peripheral arteries to contract.
There are many reasons for the increase in sympathetic tension, such as excessive pressure at work and life; or long-term anxiety, depression, nervousness, and fear of bad emotions; or obesity, lack of exercise; or irregular work and rest, often staying up late, etc., are common factors.
The aortic arteries in young people are normally elastic, so the common hypertension features normal hypertension, but simple elevation of low pressure.
Third, low pressure control can use sartan drugs
Sartans are first-line antihypertensive drugs, and the pharmacological classification is angiotensin 2 receptor (AT receptor) blockers. The mechanism of action is to block the angiotensin 2 receptors on the blood vessels and avoid binding to angiotensin 2, resulting in the relaxation of blood vessels (which are effective on arteries and veins) and the effect of lowering blood pressure.
Sartans can also block atat receptors on the presynaptic membrane, reduce norepinephrine release, reduce sympathetic tone, restore sensitivity to the carotid sinuses (baroreceptors), and also promote a decrease in blood pressure.
Therefore, sartan drugs have a good control effect on low pressure.
Fourth, most people need a combination of drugs
Many people have feedback with Huazi that when treating high blood pressure, it is not good to take only one drug, and increasing the amount of medicine will increase adverse reactions. Therefore, about 70% of patients with hypertension need to use two or more antihypertensive drugs to form a combination drug regimen to control blood pressure.
Sartans are often paired with diplates to increase the effect of controlling blood pressure while also alleviating the side effects of lower extremity edema caused by diplates.
If the heart rate exceeds 80 at the same time as the low pressure rises, it is also possible to use lore drugs to reduce the heart rate while controlling blood pressure. It is also possible to combine lore drugs with diploids.
