In the face of such questions from young teachers, Teacher Ding Taohong used her own growth as a teaching material and appeared to her young education peers in this book.

I was a college classmate of Ms. Ding Taohong, and in the 1980s, we walked out of college on the same day, went to work on the same day, and later became a lifelong partner.

I have witnessed every step of her career as a teacher and every day of her growth. Sunshine, open-mindedness, self-motivation, and dedication have made her a success, so that she has always been at the forefront of the teaching team; at the same time, people who know her well say that she has "four strengths": silly, hardworking, tough, and drilling. 1. Silly

A friend often reminds her: "Others are doing a point to publicize to the outside world, only you come out early and late every day to return to the stupid force, never want to publicize to the outside, you are not a friend who does not know the major media, do not have the conditions to promote yourself to the outside." ”

She replied: "Professionally, only by making stupid efforts can we accumulate thickly." Relying on publicity to make a name for itself, professional designation cannot go deeper and cannot go far. On the road of professional growth, almost no kung fu is long enough to be 'porcelain', and this kung fu can only be accumulated by stupidity. ”

From the first day of her work, she has single-mindedly guarded the education profession, reverence, piety, concentration, and determination, and her professional growth history is a song of struggle paved by stupidity.

2. Fight hard

On the road of professional growth, she spares no effort. In April 2020, the application for the quadrennial Henan Provincial Education and Teaching Achievement Award began, and she led the members of the studio to refine the content of the two 500 words and an 800 word in the declaration, and forgot to eat and concentrate, and lost more than a dozen pounds of meat in three months.

A good friend advised her: "I have reached this age, and I can't fight like I did when I was young." She said wittily: "I have fought like this all my life, and it is not bad for this fight." ”

3. Tenacity

"Opening the bow without turning back" is her consistent style of doing things. Once a thing is decided to be done, even if the conditions are difficult, she will try her best to overcome many difficulties and do it well.

In 2018, she intends to cultivate 15 quasi-provincial famous teachers and backbone teachers from all over the province in a practical manner through task-driven, and plans to compile a lesson collection with the strength of everyone to give accurate guidance to the majority of young teachers in their business.

But once I got to the real knife and gun, I found it too difficult. The first-line teachers lacked the level of refinement, the things that were shot lacked typicality and demonstration, the old students of the studio advised her to give up early and not to make a mistake, she insisted on it, spent two years, revised over and over again, communicated again and again, and finally in 2020, successfully published the "Typical Cases and Evaluations of Junior High School Mathematics".

There are many such examples in life, others feel that they can't do things, and in the end, she has done them persistently.

4. Drill hard

She is good at thinking and has a lot of drilling. Problems that she does not understand at work, she often thinks about it repeatedly until the problem is solved. Over the years, she has led young teachers to continuously solve difficult and complicated diseases in education and teaching through project research, and she has turned real problems in her work into topics, done real research, and produced real results.

In order to solve the personalized mathematical problems of students, she led the studio members to sharpen a sword for ten years since 2010, focusing on the construction and research of the "junior high school mathematical knowledge points" resource, using the texture of mathematical knowledge to sort out the mind map of "traceable" learning, and strive to change the long-term passive learning style of students.

Time flies, the blink of an eye has passed the year of knowing the destiny, Teacher Ding has continued to trek on the road of teachers' professional growth——
