【About the author】Li Yuanxi (male), a native of Qihe County, Shandong Province, of Han ethnicity, joined the army in 1974 and served as an officer and instructor in a regiment in the foothills of Liupan Mountain; served in the Xining Logistics Training Brigade of the Xi'an Army Academy; served as the director of the political office of a warehouse in Lanhou; and later retired from the political commissar post of the People's Armed Forces Department of Tongren County, Qinghai Province, and rested in the recuperation center for retired military cadres in Qinghai Province.
