In July 2019, Wei Bin, who is over 50 years old, left the comfort zone to start a cross-border business and established Cloud Finger Intelligent Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. "Traditional urban buses mainly solve the problem of travel, what we do is to highlight intelligence and services on the basis of travel, use 'carrier + new energy + data intelligence' to enhance the happiness of urban bus travel, and meet the safe, convenient, efficient, green and economical travel experience of passengers." Wei Bin said that the concept of MaaS was first proposed at the European ITS Conference, the concept is travel as a service, through the integration of a variety of modes of transportation, forming a complete transportation chain.

Speaking of cloud and intelligence, it is naturally inseparable from high-end talents, Wei Bin specially hired Chen Zhifeng, a master of computer application technology from Soochow University, as the technical director, and formed a "technology group" with master's and doctoral degrees as the core. At the same time, Wei Bin also spent more than 3 months running through more than 40 cities across the country to comprehensively investigate the operation of urban buses and the management of stations.

After in-depth and meticulous investigation and analysis and the technical attack of "Technology Tiantuan" Pixing DaiYue, in just over two years, Cloud Finger has obtained more than 100 intellectual property patents, and the urban intelligent bus e station of Qinghua has developed from the initial ideas and ideas to version 2.0, and continues to iteratively upgrade to version 3.0 and version 4.0, with three major carriers of travel and service APP, intelligent bus platform and city-level cloud platform. Wei Bin introduced that Cloud Finger won the third prize of the 29th Intelligent Transportation World Congress Innovation Competition Telecom 5G Smart Cup "Zhixing Suzhou" Special Competition, entered the top 11 of the national finals, and is leading the formulation of national standards and industry standards for "intelligent municipal infrastructure" and "urban comprehensive management services" in the "Research on the Standard System of New Urban Infrastructure Construction" with Tsinghua University and other units.

Wei Bin introduced that the travel and service APP has designed modules such as intelligent travel, epidemic prevention and control, and digital life, from leaving home in the morning to entering the house at night, to achieve door-to-door full-chain services. The intelligent bus platform can be called a scientific and technological space station, equipped with a breeze system, constant temperature system, integrated solar panels, sensors, radar, cameras, LED display screens, voice broadcasts, shared bicycles, shared charging treasures, shared umbrellas, intelligent garbage classification and other equipment, planning a rest area, party propaganda position, independent shopping area, interactive service area, toilet and other functional areas, subverting the concept of traditional open urban bus platform. The city-level cloud platform uses passenger big data collection and analysis to empower urban management and make urban operations smarter.

Wei Bin specifically listed two scenes. One is the daily travel scene, citizens get up in the morning through the travel and service APP to check the bus arrival time, so as to determine the time to go out and plan the travel route, but also can be synchronized through the APP online order breakfast, and then directly to the smart bus platform to pick up meals. During the ride, citizens are also able to make full use of the fragmented time to study and work in the app. The other is the urban operation scenario, through the cloud platform real-time data analysis, remote intelligent scheduling, to achieve people, vehicles, roads, lines coordination, effectively alleviate the problem of urban road congestion. At the same time, under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the cloud platform can assist in locking the passenger bus travel trajectory and contact with the crowd, helping the prevention and control of the epidemic in the city.

"The Cloud Finger City Intelligent Bus E Station will be piloted in Suzhou Industrial Park and Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and plans to obtain about 30% of the market share of urban intelligent buses in the next three years." Wei Bin is full of confidence in the development of the enterprise.
