Through on-site inspection of equipment and access to the "double substitution" archives, to understand the implementation of the "double substitution" policy and the satisfaction of the masses, the "double substitution" work of Lingbao City was fully affirmed, and the guidance was given to the winter clean heating work of Lingbao City.
The atmospheric environment is a valuable resource for human survival. Clean heating is related to the blue sky defense war, and it is also related to the warmth of the masses through the winter. It is reported that in 2020, Lingbao City invested 109 million yuan, of which 62.4 million yuan was awarded the national clean heating subsidy fund, 26,000 households were organized and implemented "double substitution", and at the end of October, all heating equipment has been issued and installed in place, and successfully passed the inspection and acceptance of the supervision group of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the provincial pollution prevention and control and the special inspection team of the ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin. At the same time, Lingbao City organized Zhongyu Energy Co., Ltd. to invest 280 million yuan to implement natural gas utilization engineering projects, with a gas supply scale of 200 million standard cubic meters per year, and the gas supply area mainly radiates seven townships and two industrial parks in Lingbao City, which can increase the natural gas coverage of more than 40,000 users. At present, it has completed the investment of 95 million yuan, built the Yuling sub-station, laid 36.5 kilometers of pipelines, and will play an important role in reducing the emission of harmful substances from coal-fired in Lingbao City, optimizing the industrial layout and improving the quality of the atmospheric environment after the completion of the project.
