On March 1, 2022, the 2022 Annual Teaching and Research Topic Series Seminar "Working with Tsinghua to Promote Education with Research" - the "14th Five-Year Plan" Education Quality Improvement Innovation Research Project Stage Research Achievements and Research Plan Conference was held online. Zhu Yonghai, vice president of the Institute of Innovation in Children and Future Education of Capital Normal University and head of the research project of education quality improvement innovation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Shi Xuelin, deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Research Center for the Development of Humanistic Education in the School of Humanities of Tsinghua University and executive dean of the Muhua Chengzhi Future Education Research Institute, exchanged views with teachers from all over the country. Professor Zhu Yonghai, Vice President of the Institute of Innovation in Children and Future Education of Capital Normal University and the person in charge of the research on the innovation of education quality improvement during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, interpreted the direction of sub-topic declaration from the aspects of innovative research on talent training mode, research on information technology to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, research on information technology to promote the improvement of education quality, research on deep learning in primary and secondary schools, research on the normalization of online teaching, and research on the improvement of teachers' and students' ability literacy, and interpreted the research objectives, contents, methods, and achievements of the sub-topics. Specifications and other dimensions make requirements, emphasizing the urgency of improving the quality of teaching in schools under the background of "double subtraction".
At the meeting, Shi Xuelin, deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Humanities Education Development Research Center of the School of Humanities of Tsinghua University and executive dean of the Muhua Chengzhi Future Education Research Institute, made a detailed introduction from the aspects of mechanism exploration, practice and application, and achievement display of the topic, with the help of the Muhua Chengzhi Future Education Research Institute, the project results have been explored to serve more primary and secondary schools, solving the "last kilometer" problem of education informatization, promoting the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching, and helping the digital transformation of regional education.
As an outstanding sub-project undertaking unit, Xiao Hongwei of Shishan Town Education Development Center, Nanhai District, Foshan City shared the theme of "Future School - Research on the Form of Internet +" Schools" as the theme. The sub-project of Shishan Town Education Bureau is a model for the innovation of innovative research topics for improving education quality during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, which truly practices the UGS model, so that universities, governments and primary and secondary schools have produced in-depth integration and achieved fruitful research results.
Miao Yunxue, director of the Project Secretariat of the Research Center for the Development of Humanities Education in the School of Humanities of Tsinghua University, reviewed the scientific research achievements of the general research group in 2021 and summarized and shared the interim results of the sub-research group. The research group has played a good role in helping regions and schools to better apply educational resources and continue to deepen the reform of education and teaching. In 2022, the research group will break the boundaries of the group and conduct exchanges and discussions across the research group; go deep into the front line of the campus and regularly carry out offline research and training; promote interactive exchanges and disseminate the results of excellent sub-topics in a timely manner.
The second phase of the 2022 "14th Five-Year Plan" period of education quality improvement innovation research topic has been launched, with the support of Muhua Chengzhi, the integration of resources and innovation mechanisms, through expert leadership, convergence of the participation of front-line basic educators across the country, to promote teaching, jointly explore a new path for the reform and development of primary and secondary school education, and contribute wisdom and strength to the innovative development of national basic education.
