1. Cause of action
On October 12, 2021, the Notice of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage on Printing and Distributing the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Utilization of Large Sites" clearly stated that large sites are the core cultural relics resources that empirically prove China's million-year human history, 10,000-year cultural history, and more than 5,000 years of civilization history.
In April 2020, when the general secretary inspected Shaanxi, he pointed out that Qinling is the ancestral line of the Chinese nation and the symbol of Chinese culture. As the source of the Chinese national culture, the mother mausoleum of the Chinese nation is located in Huaxu Town, Lantian, Shaanxi, which is also the only "Huaxu Tomb" of Huaxu, the first ancestor of China found in China.
The Taiping Huanyu Chronicle of the early Northern Song Dynasty clearly records that "Lantian is the former residence of the Three Emperors, and there is Huaxu Mausoleum in the territory". The sacrifice of the Chinese people to the Lantian Huaxu Tomb has continued from ancient times to modern times.
Since the beginning of this century, hundreds of experts and scholars, led by archaeologist Shi Xingbang and Cao Dingyun of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, have drawn the conclusion of the project of exploring the source of Chinese civilization at home and abroad by inspecting historical sites and consulting historical materials, and formed the "Huaxu Declaration": Huaxu culture is the source of Chinese culture; Huaxu is the first grandmother of the Chinese nation; Huaxu Tomb in Lantian, Xi'an is the mother mausoleum of the Chinese nation; Huaxu is the common ancestor of all ethnic groups in China; the Chinese nation originates from China, and China originates from Huaxu.
2. Evidence
(1) Huaxu's historical imprints are numerous
1. The records of Huaxu in many ancient historical texts.
"Liezi Huangdi": "The Yellow Emperor sleepwalked in huaxu country, Huaxu's people have no handsome head in their country, naturally..." The Spring and Autumn Imperial Records contain "Huaxu's male name is Fuxi, and his daughter's name is Nuwa"... Li Bai, Wang Wei, Lu You and other famous poets of the Tang and Song Dynasties left more than 700 masterpieces and Hua Xu.
2. The territory of Xi'an Lantian is full of historical relics of Huaxu culture.
In Lantian County, from the Gongwangling Ape Man 1.15 million years ago, to the ruins of the ancient Huaxu State about 10,000 years ago, to the Banpo ruins of the surrounding Baqiao more than 6,000 years ago, the vein of the formation and development of the Chinese nation is complete and clear. There are still Huaxu Tombs, Huaxu Kilns, Three Emperors Temple, Renzong Temple and other place name sites related to Huaxu around Huaxu Tombs.
(2) The study of Huaxu culture has a profound foundation
At present, the study of Huaxu culture is in the ascendant. Since 2001, a total of 6 national Huaxu cultural forums and dozens of themed seminars have been organized. Many domestic humanities and social science research institutions have started from different perspectives, adopted multidisciplinary and multi-field theoretical methods, revealed the connotation of Huaxu culture, deeply studied the formation, evolution and characteristics of Huaxu culture, and excavated the connection between Huaxu culture and regional ecological, economic and social development.
(3) Huaxu culture has a broad social and cultural foundation
At present, Huaxu Tombs has attracted special attention from the state and Chinese people at home and abroad, and the global Chinese tribute ceremony held in HuaxuLing in Lantian on the third day of the third month of the lunar calendar every year has attracted people from all walks of life at home and abroad to seek roots and worship ancestors, and the cumulative number of participants has exceeded one million. The initiative to take Huaxu's Sacrifice Day as "Chinese Mother's Day" has also been affirmed by all sectors of society.
(4) Excavate the contemporary significance of promoting Huaxu culture
(1) It is an important cornerstone for building a common spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation.
The formation of Huaxu culture has undergone the process of blood identity, political identity and cultural identity, which is still a strong spiritual bond for maintaining national unity and national unity. Huaxu culture is highly compatible with the contemporary Chinese spirit, Chinese concept and Chinese wisdom, which is the high-quality content and value support for us to build cultural self-confidence internally, disseminate Chinese civilization externally, and tell Chinese stories.
(2) The core concept of Huaxu culture and the community of human destiny.
The concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping is essentially consistent with the concept of unity contained in the original and simple Huaxu spirit of nature, harmony and equality at the beginning of human society.
(3) Huaxu culture has advanced Chinese history by at least three thousand years.
Scholars believe that the Huaxu era is about 8,000 to 10,000 years old, which has advanced China's history from the Yellow Emperor era by more than 3,000 years, which is of great significance for redefining 10,000 years of Chinese history.
3. Recommendations
1. It is recommended that the relevant departments of the state attach great importance to Huaxu culture from the great unity of the Chinese nation and the national cultural strategy.
2. List the project as a major government cultural tourism project. Taking the protection and restoration of Huaxu Tomb as an opportunity, we will create a holy place for Chinese people around the world to seek their roots and pilgrimage, and a cultural experience place for a global community with a shared future for mankind.
3. Make Huaxu culture a contemporary national new cultural business card.
4. Include the rituals and customs of huaxu tombs in the list of national intangible cultural heritage.
5. Establish a national-level Huaxu Culture Research Association to continuously deepen the research of Huaxu culture.
