Girls' troubles with hair are actually no less than boys.
For some girls, hairy hairs are not only absent where they are needed, but also grow where they don't need to.

For example, if you want to paint a flaming red lip beautifully, you find that the lip hair is more eye-catching.
For example, if you want to apply some foundation on your face, but find that the periphery of the lips is always stuck in powder and does not accept the post.

Heavy body hair and a long mustache may be innately determined and genetically related.
Genes can not only affect the "black length" and "natural curl" of hair, but also affect the thickness of different hairs [1].
Certain genes can even increase the sensitivity of hair follicles to androgens, resulting in strong body hair [1].

Typically, Europeans generally have thicker hair than Asians.
For example, if the parents belong to the "hairy family", then the children are likely to receive "gifts" from them.
Of course, this is not a disease, and in addition to the possibility of some physical distress, it will not affect health.
Another factor that affects body hair is hormone levels.
Our body hair comes in two forms: cuì hair and final hair (coarse hair).
(来源:M. Mejia, MD, Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellin, Colombia)
Hairs are fine hairs, usually soft and uncolored; Coarse hairs are longer, coarse and pigmented.
Normally, only eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair are coarse before puberty.
After puberty begins, androgen-dependent hairs in the vulva, armpits, and beard growth areas are transformed into coarse hairs under androgen action [2].
If there is an abnormality in endocrine regulation, more androgens are secreted for a long time, and the sensitivity of the hair follicles to androgens is high, it may stimulate hair growth, so that the "fine hairs" in some parts of the body grow into "coarse hairs", and the abnormal lushness of body hair appears, which is commonly known as "hirsutism" [2,3].
Disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, and drugs such as androgen-containing products can cause hirsutism [4-6].
The most common cause of hirsutism in girls is polycystic ovary syndrome, which accounts for 70 to 80 percent [5-7].
Polycystic ovary syndrome is an endocrine metabolic disease with the core clinical manifestations of rare menstruation and high androgen characteristics (thick body hair, facial acne, hair loss, etc.).
It is more common in adolescent and women of childbearing age, with an incidence of up to 5.6 percent and a 78 percent incidence of maundy mildew [8,9].
Therefore, if the moustache is suddenly growing, more and darker, the body hair in other parts is also thicker, as well as menstrual irregularities, obesity, repeated acne, etc., we must be vigilant against polycystic ovary syndrome, go to the hospital gynecology department in time, and do not take it as a normal phenomenon of pubertal development.
Because once a woman of childbearing age is diagnosed with POLYCYS ovary syndrome, in addition to the above hairy symptoms, it will also have an impact on pregnancy and require early intervention by gynecologists.
If the body hair is dense caused by a disease or drug, it is most effective to solve the source.
However, the vast majority of girls' mustaches are normal, and there are still many ways to make the mustaches disappear, so let's take a plate:
The first is not recommended:
Plucking: You don't have to be so fierce
In this sensitive and special part, just to endure the pain of plucking hair, you deserve a "strong man".
But suffering is not necessarily worth it.
Plucking can easily break the hair from the middle, forming fragments of the hair, rolling upside down under the skin, causing the hair to grow endogenously, resulting in inflammation, pain, and small pimples at the site of hair removal [10].
Second, the beard grows in the "dangerous triangle of the face", and if a skin infection occurs, it may spread to the brain and induce intracranial infection [11].
Wax hair removal: prone to folliculitis
This "tearing" hair removal is also painful and can cause a variety of problems [12]:
First of all, excessive tearing may cause vasculitis and skin breakage;
Secondly, the severed hair end is pierced into the hair follicle, which may also cause hair endogenesis and folliculitis;
Most critically, if the wax is overheated, it can also burn the skin.
Here are the works:
Shaving: painless but not long-lasting
Shaving is painless and simple, and it doesn't make the hair thicker and thicker.
Because the beard we see with the naked eye belongs to the hair shaft, it is actually a "dead" cell, and the "living" part is the deep hair follicle.
Shaving can only shave off the hair shafts that are pushed out of the hair follicles, and cannot change the number and state of the hair follicles, so the beard cannot be shaved more and more thickly.
It's just that the hair is fine and thick, and after shaving we see the thicker bottom that has just grown, there will be an illusion that the newly grown hair is thicker.
However, you must also be careful to shave, be sure to check whether the blade is rusty to avoid contracting tetanus.
In addition, it is shaved in the direction of hair follicle growth, and it is not easy to scratch the skin.
Laser hair removal: the effect is good, but it is more expensive
Laser hair removal is like "directional blasting", using a specific laser to penetrate the surface layer of the skin and act on the melanocytes at the root of the hair follicle, producing a photothermal effect, thereby destroying the hair follicle.
Generally do not leave scars, or damage the structure of sebaceous glands, sweat glands and other structures [13], the only drawback may be that the price is relatively high, some parts need 3-5 times to have obvious effects, and there may be some tingling sensations.
At present, there are many options, such as semiconductor lasers, long pulse adjustable pulse width lasers, ruby lasers and emerald lasers,[14] and you can go to the medical aesthetic department and choose according to the doctor's advice.
However, every hair is biological, if it does not affect the health, it does not have to be wrapped up in the mainstream aesthetic, you have to live with them, a "happy hairy little cute", also very beautiful!
