The original words of the plan are as shown above, and my understanding of this sentence is that originally only the teammates with the lowest health within the skill range could be selected, but now they can choose the teammates within the skill range.
Obviously the planner did not say that you can choose independently, why did I say that I can? The point is the latter sentence - the default is the lowest health. Add this sentence to say, it means that there is a non-default state, and this is what I call the manual selection state.

It's true that such an adjustment may please high-end players, but I really can't be happy, because I personally feel that this adjustment does not impress me at all, and I still like the Wings of Redemption a little.
