1: Bruce Lee Lee

Fatal Details: Due to the headache, Dr. Lee gave him an Equagesic, an analgesic containing aspirin and muscle relaxants. Bruce Lee took a nap and did not come to dinner. Another producer, Raymond Chow, came to Ang Lee's apartment, but he couldn't wake him up. Doctors were called in, spent 10 minutes rescuing Bruce Lee, and then took him by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. However, by the time he arrived at the hospital, Bruce Lee was already dead. Fatal Details: Karding was found dead in a hotel room in Bangkok. A Thai forensic pathologist and director of the Forensic Science Center said the incident met four criteria for accidental death, including autologous asphyxia. Police Chief Volapon Chupreecha said: "The CCTV installed in the hotel confirms the claim that no one else is associated with Karding's death."

Farrah Fawcett
Date of death: June 25, 2009
Fatal Details: Fawcett was diagnosed with cancer in 2006. At the time, Fawcett received radiation and chemotherapy to treat her cancer, but in May 2007, Fawcett learned that her cancer had returned and had spread to her liver, in its fourth stage. In the summer of 2008, Fawcett participated in a clinical trial of an experimental drug in the United States, but those treatments were unsuccessful, and scans showed that her tumor was deteriorating. 6. Natasha Richardson

Phil Hartman

Fatal Details: Hartman was the victim of suicide after murder. He was murdered by his wife, Brinn, at his home in California. While Phil was sleeping, Brin walked into the bedroom with a revolver, which was reportedly a gift from Phil. Brin aimed at Phil and fired a shot at him in the head, causing fatal damage. Fatal Details: On December 26, 1985, Fossey was murdered in the bedroom of her cottage. Her skull was split open by a machete, a tool widely used by poachers, which she confiscated years ago and hung it on the wall of the living room next door to her bedroom as a decoration.
Fossey was found dead at the edge of her bedside, 2 metres from the cabin hole she had dug on the day of her murder. Fatal details: In 2006, Owen died of a stingray's barb pierced through the chest while filming on Australia's Great Barrier Reef.
