The 68-year-old Jiang Qingcheng, with 5 years of military experience and 38 years of teaching career, has cultivated his profound theoretical foundation and solid work style through long-term training. Since the first party history report meeting in 2011, hundreds of red culture report meetings have been held in primary and secondary schools and communities inside and outside the county, and the number of people attending the lectures has not less than 30,000 people. This year, he has participated in 12 party history study report meetings in Huafeng Middle School and Hua'an Ershi Primary School in Fujian Province, with a total of nearly 3,000 teachers and students attending lectures.

In 1970, the 18-year-old Jiang Qingcheng joined the army from Hua'an County with a yearning for the life of the army, and after the training of new recruits, he was assigned to the political department of the division as a soldier. He successively participated in the training class for political work cadres of the whole division, and made a typical speech entitled "Conscientiously Reading books and Studying and Raising the Theoretical Level" at the graduation meeting; he also went to the company on behalf of the theoretical study group of the division organs to give a report meeting entitled "History of the Struggle Between the Two Military Lines of Confucianism and Law" for the soldiers. He was 21 years old, and that was the first presentation in his life!

After retiring from the army in 1975, Jiang Qingcheng became a substitute teacher at Kusasaka Elementary School in Hua'an County. By chance in 2011, Jiang Qingcheng chatted with Huang Jingchuan, an outstanding teacher in the county, about the history of the party and exchanged their feelings on the development of the party in the past 90 years. The two had a very pleasant conversation, and Huang Jingchuan felt that Jiang Qingcheng had an accurate grasp of the party's understanding of party history and a solid theoretical foundation, so he recommended Jiang Qingcheng to go to Hua'an Third Middle School to make a party history report, which was also his first time to participate in the party history report meeting. Unexpectedly, the response to this report was enthusiastic, and since then it has been out of control, and more and more units have invited him to talk about party history and red culture.

In 2011, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, Jiang Qingcheng was invited to volunteer as a special rapporteur of the Hua'an County Customs Work Committee, and after retirement, he was invited to serve as the executive deputy director of the County Education System Customs Work Committee. Since then, he has traveled to primary and secondary schools and communities inside and outside the county to open his own red culture propaganda road. When talking about why he volunteered to preach the red culture, Jiang Qingcheng said with a smile on his face: "That lucky person always takes care of those who are prepared, in addition to the good foundation laid by the theoretical study of the army, after retiring from the army, I strengthened my reading and writing, and insisted on reading and reading newspapers every day." My desk has always been filled only with newspapers, party history magazines, and other books. "The dense lines and notes in the book... All bear witness to his efforts. In the 2018 Central Propaganda Department's "I Forge Ahead with Reform and Opening Up" essay solicitation activity, Jiang Qingcheng spent a lot of time and energy to write a "Feeling Nostalgia for Reform and Opening Up and Realizing New Deeds" that was rated as an excellent work and published in a collection.

"Old Ji Futuo, Li De Tree, spread positive energy, full of passion to improve quality, happy to make contributions without regret ..." This is the WeChat personality signature that Jiang Qingcheng often writes. Flipping through his circle of friends, I found that he was full of good deeds and good deeds, and he was enthusiastic and had been helping the people around him as much as he could. Over the past few years, he has taken advantage of the opportunity of the school's red culture lecture to care for and encourage self-motivation, wrap red envelopes for students with excellent character and learning, and donate books to the school, accumulating nearly 20,000 yuan (including some writing fees). Not only that, Jiang Qingcheng lives in the Pinghu community, as one of the members of the party branch of the industry committee, he often runs before and after running for the public affairs of the community, he takes the lead in donating, raising funds, collecting property fees, etc., and raises money for the Chongyang Festival to honor the elderly, organize activities for children on June 1st Children's Day, and reward for college entrance examinations.

Influenced by him, his son Jiang Dawei resolutely gave up the job of selecting and transferring students on the eve of his undergraduate graduation and actively enlisted as a civilian cadre in the army. In the 16 years of working in the army, Jiang Dawei inherited the fine work style of his father Jiang Qingcheng who studied hard and was dedicated and conscientious, and won the first and second places in the Nanjing Military Region's financial knowledge contest twice, and was repeatedly rated as an outstanding soldier and an outstanding party member, and received meritorious awards.

Jiang Qingcheng's love affair with the party is far more than this, his hometown Longyan Yongding is an old revolutionary area, and his uncle is a martyr of the Red Army. Recalling the past of his relatives, Jiang Qingcheng's eyes lit up with tears. "I joined the party in 1987, although it was late, but I never gave up the belief in joining the party, and I am proud to be a communist party member!" Jiang Qingcheng is also using his practical actions to show the style of "retiring without retiring, retiring from the army without fading" veterans who will always follow the party. He said, I will continue to publicize red culture, pass on the red story to the next generation of the motherland, continue the red blood, and inherit the red gene!
