After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Ukraine inherited a lot of heritage, once the number of nuclear weapons it possessed was second only to the United States and Russia, and it was a veritable nuclear power, but in the context of that time, Ukraine's nuclear possession would affect the strategic security of Russia, the United States and the whole of Europe, so under the supervision of many forces, Ukraine signed the "Budapest Memorandum" with the United States, Britain and Russia in 1994, Ukraine destroyed nuclear weapons in accordance with the agreement, and other signatory countries provided economic assistance and military asylum. But after ukraine spent seven years becoming a non-nuclear state, Ukraine's military strength also dropped sharply, and Ukraine began to regret the decision.

The "Nuclear Trinity" began combat duty with a strengthened establishment
After nearly three decades of development, Russia's strategic nuclear forces have formed a relatively complete trinity nuclear strike capability at sea, land and air.
